That scene with Kawasaki skyrocketed her popularity in the community when this episode aired lol. She has a lot of funny and wholesome moments with Hachiman in the LN but they were unfortunately cut in the anime

Kawasaki would make such a good girlfriend for Hachiman. If it weren't for someone else i would definitely support her. as it stands she can only be my second choice but i still wish she got more page/screen time. also, since Yukino's name was mentioned: Yukinoshita is the japanese name for the Saxifraga flower. This means that, Yukino's name translated into english you would get "Saxifraga of the snow". It's a perfect description of her character. She is a flower buried by snow and she has to thaw before she can truly blossom. Wataru Watari could not have chosen a better name for her.

I find it so funny that he just casually yelled the words "i love you" in a series where the characters have so much trouble expressing themselves. Obviously it was because he said it jokingly but still.

It's just my understanding, but I believe that Yui has loved Hachiman from the very beginning, I suppose for what he did to save her dog. She asked to learn how to make cookies to give them to Hikki.

I don't think saying she loved him from the start would be quite accurate, she probably had a slight little crush on him at the start which then developed into more pretty quickly once she got to know him
