The last polls winner was Heat and it will be ready for Patreon this Saturday! With Talladega Nights coming so close, we have added it to the schedule and it will be ready next week. Until then, here is this week's poll with some of the movies suggested by you guys!
Remember, you can vote for multiple films!
Reminder: movies that don't win does not mean they will never be watched, it just means they will be watched later. Please be respectful to each others opinions, we're all just here to have fun and watch movies :)

Are you guys going to continue with Harold and Kumar? Escape from Guantanamo Bay is pure cinema.

keeperofthegloom

Looks like South Park has an early lead. Get ready for some copyright fights on that one!

George needs to React-To "When Harry Met Sally"... one of My Favorite Comedies... And Yes,, George,, i Say Uncategorically, You'll Enjoy This Film... And "Raising Arizona" will be... Well, it's a Coen Brothers Flick need I say more...

8bitAndy

For the life of me, I can't figure out how Clerks is still popular. I understand how it appealed to Gen X 20somethings back in it's day, but man this is not a good movie. To each their own, I guess.

Martin

To be fair, none of Kevin Smith’s movies age well. And I’m not sure if it’s the writing, but it seems like his movies are always terribly acted, even from otherwise well-known actors (looking at you, Damon and Affleck). Still, Clerks is considered a classic. It launched an entire series of movies on a budget of $27k. Sometimes you just have to grit your teeth and watch the classics, even if they don’t hold up well.

DontTalkJustKiss

I’m sad so few want to watch Booksmart. It’s so damn good.

sarCC

Booksmart and Raising Arizona are both so great. But the South Park movie is jaw-droppingly incredible.

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Just a note that some recent films are now on streaming that are very worthwhile.. Asteroid City (I love all Wes Anderson movies) and The Super Mario Bros

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Some other comedy requests... Thoroughbreds (Dark Comedy) (2017), Hollywood Shuffle (1987), and Swingers (1996)

james repka

Raising Arizona is the best film on this list BY FAR (go figure -- It's the Coen brothers again). The South Park film is also hilarious -- anybody can make someone laugh with shock value material, but what Matt and Trey do is take shocking material and make it genuinely funny. I think Clerks is a legitimate good movie (the sequels, not so much), but it's a distant third here.

Hakuna

Gonna suggest The Gentlemen, think it would make a fun reaction

Jacob King

Raising Arizona!!! Also it’d be really great if you guys looked into Steven Soderbergh’s filmography a little bit beyond Oceans Eleven. Out of Sight or Logan Lucky would both be great films to react to.

sol stapleton

recommendation. Monty pythons: the meaning of life.

Raising Arizona. I can't wait.

Tomorrow is the end of The Wire. Finally time for my favorite childhood show, Sidekicks ('86-'87 - spun off from Disney's The Last Electric Knight), starring Gil Gerard (Buck Rogers) as a cop chosen by Sabasan (Keye Luke) to take care of his grandson, the Last Electric Knight, played by Ernie Reyes, Jr., who then starts using his martial arts skills and Raidenesque electrical powers to help solve crimes. It's as amazing as you'd imagine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-L3LxdJg8I

rick movienerd

We sure enjoy watching you both. Here is a few suggestions to watch. Eight legged freaks(comedy horror), down periscope(comedy), the accountant(action), thirteen ghosts(horror), the abyss directors cut(sci fi). Stay safe

Odd Thomas

Anything but National Lampoon

Chase Schleich

Abyss would be cool. Little info for George here, The Abyss was James Cameron's film right before Terminator 2 and the effects in that film were what showed him that the technology had finally gotten to a place where he could do the liquid metal Terminator.

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

I think the polls would be more interesting if you could only choose one film

Logan Kerlee

While both of the things I selected are in the top spot, I'd of preferred for it to be the other way around. No worries though, one day I'll get to see a reaction to Clerks. :)

Raising Arizona still has a chance! VOTE VOTE VOTE

I voted for everything else except for South Park.

I would recommend the 1973 martial arts action movie Enter the Dragon for its 50th anniversary, if that's OKay? It stars Bruce Lee, John Saxon, and Jim Kelly. It's about a shaolin monk and martial-arts expert who acts as a spy to infiltrate an island fortress and help capture a crime lord. Lee enters a kung fu competition in an attempt to fight his way to the center of the crime lord's headquarters with the help of some other martial artists. It's great because it mixes impressive martial arts kung fu action with spy movie influence from the James Bond series. It's one of the best action movies, with amazing action scenes and a few pretty brutal deaths. It's also a beautifully shot movie, with its final sequence involving mirrors being a highlight. I's also sadly the last movie Bruce Lee worked on before his untimely and tragic death at age 32. Bruce Lee would unfortunately not live long enough to see Enter The Dragon completed.

Will we be getting a CineTalk & After Thoughts for July?

Cinebinge

its coming :) just a bit late due to the move and other schedule conflicts!

Chase Lonnergan

I must recommend: Beverly Hills Cop 2 (the first two are basically a set) Short Circuit From Dusk 'Til Dawn The Count of Monte Cristo (2002) Clue And how on EARTH have we not watched A Knight's Tale yet?

Ballsac McGee

I highly recommend a film called the kid detective (2020). It's a great little movie, super clever movie with a really dry sense of humour. I think you guys would appreciate it.

Dakota

I feel like you guys should watch The Great Mouse Detective. A fantastic animated Disney movie from the 80's.

I will not stop suggesting "free guy"... so please consider this masterpiece for an upcoming poll. Greetings from germany

Brianna Williams

The Wedding Singer and Booksmart are both great.

Jay Davis

I'm new here in the past week. Has anyone ever suggested "Swingers"? It's a funny, incredibly quotable, very cool, and all around great movie. Additionally, it was the breakthrough for Jon Favreau (acting and writing), Doug Liman for directing (you may recognize his directing from other films like The Bourne Identity and Edge of Tomorrow), and a very, young yet still hilarious and loveable Vince Vaughn before he was Vince Vaughn. Also, since I'm just rambling at this point (sorry!), the movie "Clay Pigeons" isn't a "react" channel type watch, but it's a dark comedy with a still young Vince Vaughn (playing a character you wouldn't exactly expect) AND a young Joaquin Phoenix.

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Booksmart one of the best comedies in the last 5 years wo question... The Wedding Singer is one of Sandler's best films (maybe not saying a lot..ha)

Gary Fixler

I think you guys would love Nobody, with Bob Odenkirk.

I've been watching your reactions for about a year. You guys are the best. Your reactions are the only ones I REwatch. I just rewatched your Jumanji-Welcome to the Jungle reaction. You seemed to like it and it got a lot of views. Any plans to watch "The Next Level"? It's on par with the previous one.

Anonymous

a few to push that will likely get better than average viewers based on other channels that are definitely worthwhile, or are a wild watch: prisoners (2008), fear and loathing in las vegas, bruno (borat actor), battle royale, hausu

Odd Thomas

Booksmart is so underrated; it's basically a female Superbad

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Other requests.. Juno, Little Miss Sunshine, 500 Days of Summer

Anonymous

Up in Smoke by Cheech and Chong sounds like a great suggestion

FischerMax98

A South Park movie beat Raising Arizona and Clerks? What is the world coming to? Lol Sure I'll enjoy the reaction, but still...

Anonymous

As a fellow boomer who voted for Raising Arizona and Clerks, I concur. South Park is an absolute banger, but I was surprised to see how much it pulled ahead. I think we may just be "these movie poll results make me feel old" old, and that's ok.

Anonymous

I cant wait till you both watch Breaking Bad, even just the first season. Im looking forward to the reaction. :)

Logan Nelson

Kiss, kiss, bang, bang... Great flick and one of Iron Man's best performances...

steve

Watch Bowfinger if you haven't seen it!

Salleban

Man, still waiting The Other Guys in one of these polls. That movie is so good

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut is very funny.
