If you haven't yet there's a video on YT with Chris Farley voicing Shrek but the animation is still in paper form (best way I could describe it) definitely nowhere near the animation we see today but it would have been pretty cool seeing/hearing Chris Farley play Shrek all the way, God rest his soul 🙏 If you're ever curious Two movies that are definitely worth a reaction of his are Tommy Boy and Beverly Hills Ninja

Yes the whole entry into Farquaad's castle is making fun of Disney. You missed that the parking lot had a sign that said "You are now parked in Lancelot". The stupid ass banking lines were first used at Disney as far as I know. The guy with the giant costume head was making fun of the Disney characters that walk the grounds inside the park. The little song they pressed the button to hear was making fun of the It's a Small World ride in Disney.

Love this one, the second one is certaintly worth watching, its even more fun that this one, the others I dont know, I think I saw the 3th once but I cant really remember it so it probably wasnt great. Anyway, great reaction, cant wait for the second!

I'd say definately Shrek 1-4 though you could probably just go with the first two Shreks. The 2nd one is a lot of fun. I know 3 is supposed to be the weekest from what I hear but I thought it was really good. But Shrek 4 is really great., I have only seen the first Puss in Boots movie, but it is great. I'd say just go with those, then carry on with the new Puss in Boots movies. I'll need to see the other two Puss in Boots movies also.

Murphy did a movie called The Adventures of Pluto Nash around 2001 that was one of the biggest box office bombs in history. Then he just made awful Disney comedies for kids.

All of the Shrek movies and both of the Puss in Boots movies are solid. Some are obviously better than others but there isn’t really a steep drop in quality on any of them.

Where he plays every family member was actually part of the Nutty Professor which was really popular during its time. A lot of movies you've named weren't bad, some pretty good. Its just that he hasn't been in the spot light in a while. Dolemite is my Name is a recent movie.

First time watching for me, had fun, but good gravy that Smash Mouth cover of “I'm a Believer” was horrendous. Should have stuck with The Monkees. Dolenz is a much better singer, no matter what anyone thinks of The Monkees. Maybe it was a licensing thing.

This was a great reaction! The bears… omg… I’m so oblivious; I never noticed that Farquaad made a rug out of the mama 😱. I have the new Puss in Boots movie, but haven’t watched it yet. I’ll hold out for your reaction. I enjoyed all the Shrek movies (and Puss in Boots), so if you watch them, I’ll watch them again with you.
