The last polls winner was Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and it will be ready for Patreon this Saturday! Until then, here is this week's poll with some of the movies suggested by you guys!

Remember, you can vote for multiple films!
Reminder: movies that don't win does not mean they will never be watched, it just means they will be watched later. Please be respectful to each others opinions, we're all just here to have fun and watch movies :)

I see it's not doing great in the poll but I would like to add my voice to the supporters of The Death of Stalin. Excellent absurdist satire with phenomenal performances by Jason Issacs*, Steve Buscemi and Jeffery Tambor. I continue my lonesome (and non-punctual) crusade to get Ravenous on a poll so that it may come in dead last and be forgotten. The Paul guy and I will have something to commiserate about. Please allow me this camaraderie. *Event Horizon when? I want to know why Simone has already seen it and I want George to be freaked TF out for a week. (Sorry, George)

Not sure if this is the best forum for recommendations, but Almost Famous (2000) could be fun.

Movie suggestion: Since you watched both "Lethal Weapon" movies, I would suggest the parody "Loaded weapon". I'm sure you will laugh a lot. 😁

Don't forget to Keep being cool! almost Famous has to happen at some point right?

Zoolander is so good and funny, yall would like it a lot.

Happy Gilmore on the same list as Death of Stalin? And it’s winning? 😬 Punch Drunk Love is a Sandler movie that is in the same ballpark. Would love to see that as an option.

Dazzler & Em

After you watched Tucker and Dale, you mentioned that you were aware of many of the horror tropes but not from exactly where. Maybe you should do, horror polls but in categories like hillbillies, slasher, paranormal etc.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is SUCH a great movie! One of my favorites of Steve Martins and John Candys. Since this one definitely isn't going to win the poll right now, I'd suggest giving it a shot around Thanksgiving time. It's one of the few movies that features a man trying to get home in time for Thanksgiving, so it sounds appropriate to watch around November 😁

Liquor & Swords

If you liked D&D, try Knights of Badassdom! A related but altogether different movie! :)

I'm so sad Crazy Rich Asians (or even Zoolander) is losing this poll.. one of my all time favourite films. Sad to see the lack of love for it on this poll :(. Not a fan of Adam Sandler's movies (enjoyed them when they first came out and I was a kid, but like other's have said.. the comedy style definitely didn't stand the test of time), so disappointed I'll have to skip another movie. Will wait for the next poll!

Simone you keep threatening to make George watch You’ve Got Mail and I’m for that. However if you want to ease him into the rom com genre I think another good pick is When Harry Met Sally. It’s heavier on the comedy but does not lack the romance.

Jay Davis

And George used to keep threatening Simone with Hitchhiker's Guide... I smell a compromise here!

Sad to see Napoleon Dynamite losing this poll, I really hope you get around to watching eventually. It's so unique. Happy Gilmore is solid but The Waterboy is top tier Adam Sandler comedy while Punch Drunk Love and Uncut Gems are the obscure but great Adam Sandler movies definitely worth a watch if you ever decide to make an Adam Sandler-only poll.

Well at least we know what the audience is like when Happy Gilmore beats Death of Stalin :D

Personally, I'd never heard of Death of Stalin until it showed up on a poll here a little while back. Meanwhile, I was a 90's kid who loved Happy Gilmore and imagine George and Simone probably will too. I'm sure there's other Patrons like me out there. (insert 'there are dozens of us! dozens!' meme)

Hey folks! New Patreon here, longtime YouTube subscriber! I’m here to advocate for the movie Donnie Darko. It has so much to say and was released at a time when it’s plot elements made it uncomfortable to audiences due to 9/11. It has a valuable message and would love to see Simone and George do a reaction this amazing movie. Thanks for having me and I value your attention. Enjoy the show!

I hope you guys watch Chef one days. One of my favorite films of all time!

Clue and Oscar are both awesome Tim Curry pics, jus sayin, :). Oscar has Stallone in it in a very different role.

Happy Gilmore will make you laugh but Planes will make you laugh AND cry.

Can someone please explain to me why Napoleon Dynamite is so popular? I don't understand.
