Pledgers Update #2 (Patreon)

Hey everyone, just a quick update this week. 

We’re still focusing on finishing up the Founder’s Gravestones along with the remaining art for the Title Screen. We decided to also focus on the main story's elements and established the group of main and supporting characters, which is a whole 18~ characters! So I went ahead and finished up their basic designs as sketches, and managed to get a lot of them done within the past couple weeks. We also have a plethora of optional side monster girl characters and we will be polling them to be added into the game, that will be something we do in the future during the game’s lifecycle. They will be bonus characters with their own CGs, stories, and adult scenes, so try to look at it as bonus content for the game, as these characters won’t impact the main story as much. (since i have an additional to making new characters)

Along with that, we’re looking into doing either traditional animation or tween animation (Live 2D / Spine) for the 18+ scenes. There will be a lot of time spent learning these systems but I have some experience with animation before and I know the basic fundamentals of it. It shouldn’t take too long but we’ll be focusing on that and polishing it to look nice and be at a decent quality.

The Chibi art is also something we’ve done some work for, and we’re still tweaking the design to look good and function properly with Spine 2D. Along with that, we’ve cleaned up many of the base sprites that are already done for the character main sprite, which was mostly fixing anatomy, minor graphical issues and small fixes to their clothing and accessories.

We’re also going to try to finish the Founder’s Gravestones soon so we can promote early access to supporters and we’ll be posting more WIP art, such as the character CGs, animations and so on. We have a backlog of character art, CGs we’ve completed but haven’t shown off yet and plan on doing it soon once the Founder’s ranks become available! Pledgers will also be able to see the full uncensored art and animations before they are in the game along with all the WIP and insight of how these assets are made.

We’ll keep you posted when the Founder’s roles are ready, unfortunately we had some real life circumstances happen during these past two weeks, so it’s been a bit slower than expected.
