Update 27th June 2022 - Psygnosis Video + Club PlayStation (Patreon)

Howdy friends,

Hope you're all keeping well and enjoyed the latest volume of Japan Only PS1 games!

In the meantime since that video came out I decided to dive headfirst into the Psygnosis project since I got a burst of creativity from the idea, and generally whenever an idea excites me I kind of need to follow through on it ASAP. Strike while the iron is hot, that kind of thing.

So taking your suggestions into consideration, the video is going be titled "A Quick Look at every Psygnosis PS1 Game" It will cover approximately 63 games, with roughly 1 to 2 minutes dedicated to each game, meaning the video should run roughly 90 to 120 minutes in total. The format will essentially be the same as my fan translation videos, with the goal being to show both the depth and variety of Psygnosis PS1 efforts, as well being a fun look through the history of PS1 releases over the years since the games published range from early 1995 to as late as 2002.

As of right now, I've captured footage for about 30 of the 63 games, and unfortunately, this is very much the time-consuming part... I expect writing and editing won't take too long, but since I generally like to capture a nice variety of footage for each game even if I'm only going to highlight a minute or two it's a lot of work, but hey at least I'm getting to play some fun video games, so it's not all bad!

I'd also like to reiterate that this video doesn't discount Psygnosis games from appearing in the wheel videos, or getting longer video dedicated reviews down the line, so rest assured if you hoping to see that kind of content for some of the included games, it's still very much on the cards.

In the meantime, to ease the wait for the video, since it will likely take a lil longer to get out than most. I'm working on a set list for Club PlayStation Vol.6 which will be a Psygnosis special. The benefit of playing all these games back to back, means I'm coming across a great selection of music. I should hopefully have that out in the coming days as a warm-up for the inevitable video.

I hopefully should also find some time for another stream as well in the near future, so we'll finally be able to complete the Crash Bandicoot trilogy. I'll make sure to keep you updated on the date for that.

Beyond this project, the next video will be Obscure & Forgotten PS1 games Vol. 12 which I've already completed the wheel spins for, so those 4 games are waiting to be played... and after that, I'm hoping to tackle Fear Effect 2 to put an end to that series of videos.

So long story short, I'm keeping very busy... but hopefully some fun videos come out at the end, so it'll be worth it :)
