I just subscribed to your Patreon because I love your reactions on YouTube. My question is, are your full reactions on Patreon watchalong? Just don't want to make a fool of myself and upset you 😬

I have to go with Death to Smoochie. You will never see a thing as splendid as Robbin Williams chewing the scenery as Rainbow Fucking Randolph. You could tell he had a lot of fun with that role. Everyone else does a pretty good job too. Some really great dialogue. Very underrated and therefore more hipster...

I'm torn on this one. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who liked Death to Smoochie. Danny DeVito movies always have a delightfully twisted mean streak. Even though everyone involved seems to pretend it never happened (I've lost count how many times Jon Stewart has thrown the movie under the bus), it's always been a guilty pleasure of mine. That being said, Peter Weir is one of the most consistently great directors of the past fifty years, and The Truman Show is a flat-out masterpiece. It's arguably the most important movie of Jim Carrey's career.

I'm gonna be that weirdo and recommend "Citizen Kane". :-P Also, I hope you had the right wine to go along with Bellocq and Marion's drink-off!

I have seen Jon Stewart blame Death to Smoochie for the end of his movie career in at least three interviews. I really think the only reason it did so poorly at the box office is that you see a man in a pink foam animal suit, your survival instincts compel you to pick up the Truman Show instead... Hard movie to market effectively.

The Truman Show is a 100% a must see. Also have you considered making something like a fan discord or something?

I voted for Death to Smoochy because I think you'd have a great reaction to it but Truman Show is cool too.

Truman Show is Jim Carrey's best acting. Groundhog Day is Bill Murray's best acting. Wedding Singer is Adam Sandler's best acting.

Truman show is amazing. I know people who can't stand Jim Carrey but love this movie.
