OOOOH I've been practicing for years now. I can *almost* astral project but not fully there yet. I also have some insane sleep paralysis demon nightmare stories that I *know* are real and had to have really happened

I know this is soooo old so it might get read, but I get sleep paralysis so bad. Often there will be a buzzing sound during it, a vibration in my body, and the pressure like I’m being held down. My husband is constantly having to wake me up because I’ll be trying to scream. Sometimes I see things during this, shadows next to me or faces above me, but sometimes it’s just the feeling and all I see is my bedroom around me. Horrifying and I wish I could get it to stop.
