I discuss Ramirez' early life, and how he was the perfect storm of conditions to create a killer.  Every contributing factor you can think of played a role, and I attempt to address them all. We're talking about radiation, chemicals, crime, child abuse, head trauma, Satanism, drugs, porn, the supernatural, and of course you can't discuss Richard Ramirez without covering his Green Beret cousin.

I cover some of his crimes and go through various anomalous aspects to his crime spree and trial.  Ultimately, we're faced with a very serious question.
