Dubs in 6 you know

Russ

This series is money. I've got to vent about Joran though, at one point as Dray punches the ball loose from Sabonis twice watch Poole just as Wiggs dives for this incredibly important now loose ball. Poole is right there and as the ball goes loose he puts his hands on his knees and takes a powder. I've never seen anything like him, when he's hitting and driving it hides his horrific D some and he was on last night. But his tone deaf shooting while Steph is either wide open going back door or standing 3 feet away waiting to shoot an open 3 is just Pea turkey stupid. On his defensive effort on his pass to Wiggs that got intercepted he makes no effort, just waiting for Sac to dunk and then yell at Wiggs. Damn we need his driving, but can't he just play even a little basketball once in a while..

“Kegals are known to be associated with tightness. Well Murray got loose” Lmao I spit out my coffee

A russian roulette 4th Quarter with 3 bullets in the chamber. I can’t recall the last time I saw Steph & company went thru such an experience. Don't know if it jumped out, but Steph played the entire 4th quarter. Yes, this matters because he was on the court when Kings wiped out the 10 pt deficit without Fox. Following a great great 3rd quarter, the Dubs came out taking Kings Fox-less minutes for granted. And guess what, with Steph on court, they wasted all the efforts of 3rd quarter in 4 mins vs Kings without Fox. Then, comes the Fox show. Of the 33 pts Kings scored in the 4th, the first 15pts scored in the first 4 mins. Then, Fox scored 12 pts on 9 attempts in the final 8 mins, complemented by Monk 4 free throws (2 off technical), and a Davion free layup from that outrageous Monk steal. Prior to the 8 min mark, Steph just scored 4 pts in a row to put Dubs 110 - 107 after Kings took the lead. This is what Fox did: Fox tough turnaround fadeaway floater over Wigs; Fox pushed transition for a foul plus a tech on Poole. Fox made 1 of 2 FTs. Fox answered Poole layup with a transition one dribble midrange J on Draymond. Fox pulled a great one dribble J off handoff w. Sabonis on Looney. Fox called out Steph, iso-ed him, almost got stripped before drawing a foul. Made both FTs. Fox went at Wigs, blocked by Wigs. (Only to be followed by that Monk steal) Fox crossed Klay in a Box n one for a good midrange J, missed. Fox floater finally got blocked by Looney off a pnr with Sabonis. Fox impossible one dribble three pointer over Draymond. That's greatness You live with that. Also credits to MB, he didn't just put their shooters (Monk and Murray) on the court, he kept both moving with Fox to draw Dubs attention, giving Fox room to operate. In the meantime, what happened to the Dubs? Everything that could go wrong. Draymond had a bad wide open miss under the rim, Klay missed a wide open 3 from Wigs offensive reb, Looney missed a dunk, and Steph missed a in rhythm 3 ( the right pivot is not wrong haha; his shooting % is probably higher off right pivot). 10 pts missed from terrific looks. If they score 4pts, they would have a comfortable 6 -8 pt lead coming into the 2 min mark. And to top all these, the Steph tech leading to the 4 pt play. So why did the Kings lose, with Fox delivering such a great performance? Because they prioritize Monk over Davion. Sabonis has to be in there to secure the rebound but with Monk and Sabonis, Dubs got nothing but good looks in the final 8 mins running the screen actions. The play where Steph and Klay both coming off Looney screen and Klay hit a dagger is just supreme to watch. They're in driver seat until Step called the non-exist timeout ... At the end of the day, Warriors is better team because they have more talents, better players. Warriors played a great game as a team; Steph kinda had a flat tire game, but Klay Poole bailed him out. And he played great defense on Fox down the stretch. If there's lesson or adjustment to be made from this game, it is : do not take the pedal off when Fox is not on court. Instead, let Poole cook and defend Monk like Fox. Mike Brown tried hard, but there's so much you can play with 6 man rotation, and with Barnes on the court, it's never a good look. What the Kings could do to get even better next year? Start by let Barnes walk. Here's an idea for Draymond: how about joining Kings? They are one guy short of a solid full playoff squad. And you got Sabonis to play the regular season for you. With Draymond on the Kings, we got another dynamite conference finals next year, guaranteed. A very weak free agency pool this summer, the Kings should bid aggressively for Grant Williams, but it's hard to see Boston part with him. PS, again, this is why I said Dubs avoid Kings by all mean. What a great series so far! It’s a bit of a shame they couldn’t meet in the conference finals. Look at the Suns Clippers series, pathetic. Kings would run over Clippers like a truck, and Suns 3 man rotation would be a great warm up for the Warriors.

HB heart of a warrrior with the game winner for the Dubs

How much would we be crucifying Poole if he had made the TO blunder. He might have been shot on the court in that moment.

Ok Im back a believer! S/o to dubs…. i wonder if now that the series is back even.. the coaching staff will start to extend their bench more

Ugh, Sabonis is such a Lowry type. Plays physical but is also super floppy, the most annoying type of player out there.

Abhi Kelkar

I think Wiggs and Dray have locked in on Fox's bag a little bit, as we saw down the stretch. Hopefully it means we can dampen his offensive production a bit. And maybe because it's the end of the series they'll start spamming that inverted Dray/Steph PnR. G5 a must win

Russ

Also we can not let Poole get matched up with Huerter in the next games. He’s shooting 14% and in game 4 Poole matched up with Keegan and Keegan found his groove and almost did us in. They will let Hueter cook Poole to try to unlock him the same way. Davian is “off night” Poole should be nicknamed “On night”.

This is series is amazing, I'm just staying in the moment enjoying this wild pace. Both these teams probably lose to the Los Angeles Refs but this series is competitiveness at its finest

Jordon Jo

Wait why didn't he fist bump the 2nd dude from the end of the scorer's table?

I'm not even joking when i say this but i think jp is lowkey mentally retarded when it comes to playing defense..

Neal X

Hey, I'll out myself as one of the people who called the season a few weeks ago. Let me just defend myself that I was trying to make a purely logical assessment. We all have our "fan brain" and our rational brain, so believe me, I couldn't be happier to be wrong if the Dubs make a deep playoff run. As for the new about Fox, I wouldn't be surprised if he not only shows up, but still plays well. He's a fighter, so I don't expect an easy road to the win.

lfg warriors 👍👍

I hope poole stays on the attack. I really don`t like him chucking up 3s like he was a splash brother. dude is 34% on the year and 23% for the playoffs, taking more than 5 a game. We can`t survive that. Every 3 is a missed drive too, where the kings would have to bring effort and commit fouls. On a sidenote: is the grizz dynasty finally over???

Everyone talking about the forever warrior harry b missed 3 but how about that timeout from mike brown? Steph on the floor, looney barely jogging back, a possible 3 on 5 attack. Wasnt this a bigger blunder than stephs timeout call?

godeau

However Mike Brown playing Harrison Barnes like his Wigs the whole series? That shot is just HL. HB on the court is a + monster for the warriors Lol

AK

80's/90's babies will recognise this "sweep the leg". Finger or no finger, go at fox and make him defend and be extra physical on him defensively. Steph had a finger injury through last playoffs iirc (conf finals and finals). Other than seeing a wrap on his finger, we didn't hear much about it... he just played.

Neal X

Yep, the team that's most physical without getting in foul trouble wins this series. Which, unfortunately, means that the way the whistle blows matters...

Not me still waiting for that HD link 😂
