i like mcclung and i like treavion, want to see both on the roster. Probably would take treavion just because of size, since warriors loaded with small folks, but both have skills. cant Iggy just pretend to play and be a damn assistant coach so we can have both... come on iggy

Thanks, Alch! Great to see the dubs back at it and super grateful to have you continue doing your thing for another season. Never miss a breakdown. Appreciate you. I’ve also been rooting for Myers to open up Lacob’s wallet & give that 15th spot to Trevion. Could be wrong but it feels like he might have a fighting chance. The dubs do love those cerebral centers who play within themselves, set good screens and can pass out of the high post. And this dude can pass. Seems like it could be some good Looney insurance. Who knows though that tax is nasty so maybe they’ll try to stash him in SC for a season. I would at least give him a two-way. I know they already have two commitments but I imagine those guarantees are limited.

Idk, we'll see how the rest of camp shakes out, but right now I'm pulling for McClung or Williams over Quinones for that last two-way contract and final roster spot. Hope you had a good break Alch, looking forward to another season with your breakdowns.

So fired up for all of these young guns. JK D and lefty at the rim, Moody just looks ready, PBJ at the 4 or 5, unstoppable small ball addition with a high as hell ceiling and that dream release. I even liked both white guys.. Williams plays like a center should, much more like Loon. Paddles Wiseman is showing signs of slight physical play, please keep moving that way. That line drive hook looks ugly, set jumpers look good, step through also nice improvement, catching the ball is just not his thing, we will have to live with that unfortunately, but if he keeps moving forward maybe its worth it.

I don’t understand the negative comments about McClung. Am I blind or do I see a creative guy who shoots, defends, and generally makes the team better. The energy level on the floor goes up whenever he checks in. He works the pick and roll with Wiseman better than anyone, especially Divincenzo. I feel about him the way I felt about GP2 last October; don’t let him go! In a perfect world I would insist that Iggy become a coach so they can keep PBJ on the roster.  Williams has assets, rebounding, passing, but he has major offensive flaws. He needs time in the G League.  In any other year Spencer would make the team, but there’s too much talent this year.  Interesting cultural idiosyncrasy: when players were shooting free throws the arena was dead quiet, no waving of towels, no shouting, just Japanese decorousness. .

The young guys are hungry.... making the dubs look scary. Without seeing other teams, I'm saying that it's the best second unit in the league. Expanding leads or bringing us back in games. If Draymond keeps up shooting like that, makes you wonder what he was doing the past year. And will he keep it up after he gets paid.

PBJ is on the roster maybe your thinking of Trevion Williams but it’s possible they keep him too.

So much young talent, I genuinely wonder whether any decisions are being reevaluated, especially Andre. I love him, but his roster spot could arguably and even now obviously be much more productive. Or am I nuts? To those who know budgets and league rules far better than me, how can we keep most or all of this young talent in the Dubs’ system?And Santos is stashed away, too? I was hooked too early in game 1 on Wiseman’s jump hook, as it’s just not consistent yet, but I can see it being an unblockable, reliable bucket 1-2 years away. Continued gratitude, Alch! Gonna be fun!

Ummm….maybe you didn’t notice that Dray had a lower back issue most of the season? That absolutely screws up your body mechanics top to bottom. I had a similar disc issue and although I didn’t feel much pain, I suddenly couldn’t serve a volleyball over the net. The body just didn’t work. Dray probably had a disc slowly degenerating for a couple of years before it got bad enough to be recognized as an injury requiring rest and therapy.

Alc, Mac and Williams have now been waived. What are your thoughts? On one hand saw some potential from Williams but understanding the front office knows best.

The kuminga-wise fit is showing it’s cracks…spacing is off….they want wise to play physical,be a presence at the dunker spot and i don’t know if he has it every game…kuminga playing the 3 to take wigs spot next year?….something to monitor…pbj looks like he can play…Moody looked great!
