Im paying for fiber optic super bluh bluh bluh but sometimes they just bottleneck me

Anonymous

been waiting all day for that notification!! by far the best breakdowns around

Anonymous

Poole has an elite floater, he's going to lengthen his career if he keeps using it. Before this game I was all about tanking, now I'm giving this team one more chance at going on a run. We Believe 2.0??!!

Nathan Glanzer

The servers you're hitting have to also be able to handle that same amount of upload. Doesn't matter if you can upload at 1000000 mbps if the server can only handle 100. Youtube might have servers based on sub amounts or something.

Anonymous

I think Kerr needs to put ball in the hand of Wiggins more instead of Green!!!

Anonymous

Is the motion offense the new triangle? Really popular for a while but now is falling out of favor in the league, you touched on it in your pod a couple days ago, these switch everything defense really neutralizes it. I mean our offensive numbers this season speak for themselves

Anonymous

Wigg’s performance offensively was obviously not his best, the 1-8 3P night made sure of that, but damn he is a legitimately excellent defender. Long, strong, very quick. Not quite able to guard above average 1s but 2s, 3s, and 4s he handles really well on an island. Wiggs is the truth

Anonymous

Who would join us next year..? or Who would you want to see join us

Anonymous

Great breakdown! Glad wiseman got some buckets and you’re dead on about Poole needing to feel the rock. I think wiggs could use some of that too.

Anonymous

Great breakdown as usual Alch!! This win was hype, you spoke on seeing the smiles & I agree that it speaks volumes about where everyone’s mindset has been at. Appreciate you ✌🏽

Anonymous

Yo if yall think about it.. Baezmore is a more skilled version of bridgetroll lmao

Jimmy Ji

Lack of size was definitely an issue for the Warriors in this game. Warriors played good defense all night but continued to give teams 2nd chance points by not securing the rebound.

Ezra Abbey

my boy alch was butchering that mans name the whole video 😂😂😂

Anonymous

If green didnt foul out we would have lost this game. His presence just kills the offense at this point. In late game situations, his presence just allows the other team to have an extra body to put on steph. Green is useless to the offense at this point and he is hurting steph'

Anonymous

Nice to hear your positivity.... not sure i'm there yet.. life of a fan totally

Anonymous

They got something from everybody that played and everybody contributed to minimizing the frequent fouling but they don't win without Steph reentering in the fourth 2 minutes early and yes they need another 5.

Anonymous

Alchemy we been needed a big since the moment Chriss went down in the second game, not even to mention 11 straight games without a center or anyone over 6'7". Dwayne Dedmon would've been perfect and he was available all season, but he just got signed but surprise he just signed with Miami.

Anonymous

yeah it's clear the squad has no interest in tanking at this point. Putting steph in at the 8 min mark was the clear sign.

Anonymous

One of the more fan-sided breakdowns from Alchemy.. Literally took us thru the rollercoaster of the game all over again! Unc with flair for the dramatic!!!

Anonymous

the only thing that I really thought about during this game was: is Andrew Wiggins' ceiling Kris Middleton? I feel like comparatively they have similar styles, Kris being more finesse and Andrew being more athlete. Idk just a thought

Natto Santo

Finally I can see Wiggins has grown up, now he is dependable. Kelly is Kelly, he just need to do his stuff, play D. A more energetic and happy Wiseman definitely feels better. Bazemore is a bit odd but he is shooting surprising well, so he is still a plus for the team. The Big question mark is Draymond now. His health and his temper are concerning. He looks like a declining DWade. At times he can still control the game by experience or IQ, but gradually the lack of shooting jams up the floor and the lack of health makes him cannot defend any moving objects. I guess Draymond got at most one year left as an effective player on the floor. By this time next year, he will become a burden to Warriors in playoffs.

Anonymous

This game was almost as satisfying as the 20 pt comebacks against Clippers and Lakers

Anonymous

I think they won’t take because they want to keep oubre

Anonymous

Was watching the NBCS Bay Area broadcast and that's verbatim what Fitz said at 7:05 for the blown layup and 3 for Milwaukee 🤣

Yehudah Raphaelsohn

The dynasty starting in 2015 was precipitated by being the first team to really utilize the switch everything defense effectively with crazy long defenders. The half court motion offense was secondary to our success. We had the best defensive rating in the league and our transition offense just murdered with the amount of ball handlers on the floor willing to push the pace off a rebound or turn over. The half court motion offense was effective but got way more credit than it deserved. Especially once KD was on the team, pretty much any system you run is going to have huge success. We saw how unstoppable KD/Steph PnR was when needed in the playoffs.

John Z

lol easy on Middleton damn

Anonymous

Not gonna lie it was nice to see the offense without dray out there to finish the game

Anonymous

We need to run a lot more PnRs and not just with Steph and Draymond. We saw a glimpse of how easily Wiggins got to that rim with Steph setting the screen. Right now we are not collapsing the paint enough to open up shots. PnR will help guys like Wiggins and Oubre to drive more safely without mishandling the ball. More Wiseman pin downs and hand offs though we've seen a couple last night that were successful.

Anonymous

Regardless of how serious they are about rebuilding getting Myles Turner would do wonders for this team.

Anonymous

Right Steven A gonna be calling for Draymond's retirement soon!

Anonymous

LMAO House of Highlights put themselves on the court Dray's 6th foul looked like BS to me, but ultimately it was probably a blessing in disguise. Our offense is way more organic without him on the floor.

Anonymous

What centers are available now tho? Thon maker?

Gsw4L

Not enough fire power. Rebounding and inexperience another big issue. Add to this Dray's lack of motivation and inability to score...Klay will add more scoring but everything else needs improvement

Anonymous

"Life of a fan" Sound epic. Should be on a t-shirt

Anonymous

After the KD comments I was almost on the “trade wiseman” bandwagon but then he plays his best half of the season. His situational awareness seems to be improving. I’m praying it continues lol

John Z

As much as I love Draymond, the writing's been on the wall. As important as defense is, if you can't score and you have the ball in your hand's the majority of the time, it just helps them lock us down. Reminds me of the Draymond incident with KD and your breakdown of it. He's taking the feel away from other guys that have the potential to maybe do more if they had the ball in their hands. Glad Kerr made adjustments but still it took half a season. Great game for Steph.

Anonymous

Dray is officially on the hot seat. If he doesn’t show me something spectacular by summer I consider him completely expendable. Fouls out in a fate-of-the-season national TV game 2 minutes to go... what happens next? Offense opens up, defense buckles down. Is the juice worth the squeeze?

Anonymous

Ask me in about 2 weeks if this team goes back to being a disappointment. But man, happy to see the Wiseman-Poole 2 man game. Should probably use it a bit more to get a better idea of its potential, but we will see.

Anonymous

I guess I'm not a true fan, because this win does not rekindle my hope. Just more roller coaster, and nearsighted, not farsighted. One win vs developing the future. I'd rather have seen Wiseman, Poole and Nico in there at crunch time. This was playoff intensity and that's exactly the experience they need. Kerr pulls them to chase wins, we end up with the Baze & Loon Show and that won't get it next season.

Nev

I love your comedic timing and comment about what Fitz would say at the 5pt swing. Made me chuckle out loud.

Anonymous

Steve kerr can sway the media in his favor with his sarcastic jokes..but man this season really exposed his limitations...i hope we can get him a talented roster and some good vets this summer...the man doesn’t have long in this league...KD was right..the way he conveyed his point was weird and detrimental to the team but the message was on point...

Anonymous

Love your stuff. But, man, this one had me right here: “I don’t want to go tit for tat, I just want to go tat, tat, tat.” LMAO. Just nice.

Anonymous

The truth is most of those players know draymond is hurting the offense. Thats why they dont show effort when steph isnt playing. Steph is probably the only player those guys are willing to play for. Hoopers generally respect superior players and tune out scrubs.

Kahlil Baker

The game was amazing. The one thing that got me was the lack of calls Curry and the Warriors get. Steph gets fouled on almost every drive and can’t get a whistle.

Anonymous

Dray is scamming the system to get cheap assists. Remember that warriors are 3-2 this season with steph and no dray.oubre and wiggs probably just want to play with steph and get dray out of their way. Dray and steph dynamic is now like kd and russ. Dray is hurting steph's game. I hope steph realises it and detaches. If dray was the skillful one and steph was attaching to him, im sure dray would have gotten him traded. Dray was dissing steph's defense with marv carter during the off season and i wonder how he feels now that his own offense is dead

Anonymous

I would love to see Wiseman and Poole get up to the level of a Lou Will and Montrezl Harrell combo type of offense. There ceiling maybe be even higher.

Anonymous

Greg Monroe baby. Hook up the bayou connection with Oubre. I haven't seen him play in 8 years

Gsw4L

Him and joker get least calls among superstars. Joker almost killed the ref for not calling three fouls in single possession

Anonymous

Wiggins is no where near the caliber of shooter that Middleton is. Middleton nowhere near the athlete that Wiggins is. But as it turns out there games sort of looks similar cuz Wiggins doesn't take advantage of his physical gifts nearly as much as he should.

athleticalchemy

Sitting there with .7 on the clock knowing this will determine my mood for the next oh probably 48... sheesh we were due for some lucky bounces

Anonymous

Those 4th quarter rhymes are the best! Nice work! That was a great game!

athleticalchemy

Agreed I’d argue the Steph Wigs would probably be most effective. He is more than capable of making the short roll read

Anonymous

Are Whiteside and Bradley still available in the buyout market?

Anonymous

If we don’t win then we won’t give them the opportunity for playoff experience in the actual playoffs

Anonymous

i think KD was partially right. I think the issue is that the system requires High IQ players, usually vets, who understand that the idea isn't just to make multiple passes, but to think a pass ahead. Gs has a lot of near rookies on the roster who don't have the experience to fully grasp that yet. so they're just passing because the coaching staff says move the ball.

Anonymous

They need to trade Draymond.. With all due respect...we just can't seem to get more than one consecutive good performance out of him. With his defense declining and his 3pt shooting long gone, he is a liability on the offensive end.. They're beyond predictable if the can't get Steph open( Draymond at the top of the key with 5ft of open space). Yes he can help initiate the offense but with his lack of scoring how much help is that really?

Jerry Heverly

The Bucks made TEN three pointers in the second half, most of them contested, yet they lost. This was Wiseman's second good game. He was just as dominant in the first half in Atlanta, he just didn't get the minutes to stand out as he did in this game. The difference was this time Poole had a more typical game for him. His flurry saved them from falling out of the game in the first half. I didn't notice it at the time but you are right, the offense in the last two minutes seemed liberated without Draymond in there. Odd. Could it be Bazemore's energy? He seems to electrify the whole team. Draymond is like your OG uncle who can't stop telling you what to do. Bazemore is your alcoholic cousin who is the life of the party. Who would you rather have around on a Friday night?

Anonymous

Yo Alchemy, I realized something. James Wisemans NBA comparison right now should be Kwame Brown. If you think about it, they are similar guys. 7 footers, bad hands, bad feet, can’t rebound, no real offensive moves, and both pretty much came straight out of high school. Wiseman actually has big hands though, and he’s got a lot of time to improve, but right now I think they are very similar.

Anonymous

B what if we fuck around and win the play in tourney then upset a top seed in the first round 😱

Anonymous

Actually this isn’t really true in this game. They only had 6 offensive rebounds (to our 12) and we out rebounded them overall.

Anonymous

Do you think they may bring JJessup still this season and try him out?

Mayansh Upadhyaya

ahaa love the cheeky reference - "not the goat but i fit the description"

Anonymous

Hypothetical question. Let's suppose that Joe, Bob and co recognise that if they want to repeat past successes with the same formula then they need the same type of players. In such a scenario who are the players in the NBA right now that fit these roles that there is even a sliver of a chance to get?

Anonymous

Great win. That clip of bazemore almost turning the ball over and then somehow rattling in the 3 was the perfect one to sum up his game. He did hit a bunch of 3s but like alch said, many nononoyes moments. Loved the game and the breakdown.

Anonymous

That's a huge question :) So assuming they have Klay and Steph, they need Bam at PF, Gosol at Center, Iggy back, or Dragen, Bogdonovich, etc at SF, and a very deep bench of great role players. Basically, what every other team now wants too. But they drafted Wiseman, which I like, he could be the PF instead of trying to make him a 5.

Anonymous

I can understand all the Draymond bashing but I think it's a little reactionary. After all, he's never been a designated scorer, he's been there for D, and as a sort of Point forward. He's getting slower, more banged up - I'd put him in the second team, not trade him. The young guys still need a coach on the floor. Problem is, would he embrace that new role - sort of Iggy 2? I wonder. His true value has been primarily to facilitate for Steph. Hell, the whole team's role has been to get the ball to Steph. That's where I think Kerr's offense needs to change. If Wiseman becomes the focus of the offense, Steph gets some breathing room and Draymond becomes obsolete. I know that means Wiseman has to grow a lot. That's the bullet we have to bite .

Anonymous

I agree....we still need Draymond. And is he really that bad, or are the players around him of a lower basketball IQ, so it seems like he's bad.

Anonymous

Don't worry....I always can't wait for the breakdown. But it's not out of impatience or anything negative. Just out of curiosity " what Alch going say about this game".

Anonymous

Dray can avg 16 pts a game. That’s just 2 funky ass layups a quarter.

Anonymous

The issue with Dray not one single thing. I'm not going to kill him for being a step or two slower on D than he used to be. That just his age and all the wear and tear catching up with him. Offensively his game has cratered to almost nothing. He's not an absolute zero but in the modern game of pace and space that's how opposing teams treat him. I mean that game the other day where the whole opposing team collapsed into the paint/corners and he's standing out there at the top of key all alone. Forget the 3 ball which no one most of all him has any faith in anymore, he couldn't even bring himself to take a step or two inside and take a free throw or elbow jump shot. And that shit is happening regularly and other teams no it to the point where his passing and facilitating is that much less effective than it once was regardless of the other players on the floor. Personally I remain convinced that tanking to try and avoid the play in is their best option. I think a near total rebuild sooner rather than later is called for. Tinkering round the edges of this team is going to get you nowhere fast.

Yehudah Raphaelsohn

Wiseman's hands aren't bad outside of the first 10-15 games and a lot of those were terrible passes. It would be hard to find more than a couple "bad hand" moments since then.

Anonymous

How many 20pts ganes hs he had this season. Answer none.. dray kills the offense. If u know u know

Anonymous

I'm not sure about Whiteside but both of those would be great signings for us. When I heard Bradley was available I was shocked Warriors hadn't been pursuing him as hard as they could. Edit: I just checked and looks like neither are available

Gsw4L

Can't wait for Wizz video. Expecting 200 comments lol

Rob00

Wish steph would finish like this.. run more pick and roll like this.. maybe it'll come around here soon after all-star break.
