Steph definitely shooting better recharged. That jump at 2:15 and his first few shots are basically his textbook practice form. His ankles also don't close in on each other when his shot form is off. Durant only taking 6 shots is super weird, there were definitely possessions where he could have shot it. I think his efficiency would be much better if he stopped posting up so much and settled more for in-rhythm 3s because his shooting form has been off as well. It would also help open up the lane more.

Look, if you're Quinn's size, have plenty of quick twitch and you can't defend the drive, then you don't belong in the league. Small guys gotta be able to stay between their man and the basket and that's putting aside his abysmal help D.

I’m surprised you didn’t mention at the very end of the game with about 8 seconds, Dwayne Casey called a timeout and every starter on the Warriors specifically Klay looked at DET bench like “wtf ya’ll doing drawing up a play, game is over!” That shit was funny to see Klay in so much disbelief and odd they even called a TO when down 7 points with 8 seconds left..

you mentioned Kd assist hunting 2 games ago, and now he went full on assist hunting in this game. He's so frustrating man! everything has to be drama with him ffs.

When Bogut returned and played in San Antonio, I swore I was watching the "old school" Kerr flow offense again. Draymond as the playmaker, Bogut setting nasty screens, our back court running figure 8s around the floor, and our Small Forward in position for a catch & shoot 3, or a drive along the baseline for a dunk. Didn't seem to matter that it was KD, not Barnes, playing SF. His role (and usage) in the offense was about what we saw from Barnes. Tonight's game had a similar feel with Bogut out there and KD getting less shot opportunities, however, it was a better game for KD because he was making smart decisions with the ball, finding open guys, and hitting the shots he did take. Efficient and effective. We don't NEED KD the scorer in every game, just in certain games (or when our back court is floundering). What we need from KD is smart basketball, engaged defense, playing within the flow. He's doing that. I'm very pleased with what I'm seeing.

Not necessarily related to this particular game. but it occurred to me that we don't really have any defenders who are real pests. A lot of the elite teams have a pest that can hound the oppositions better offensive players. Doesn't seem like we have that. Boston has Smart, Rozier gets physical, Baynes is a pest too. Houston has Tucker, Paul is a pest, Rivers is a pest. OKC is just long, and they have the best wing defender in the NBA. Now, I am not saying we don't have good defensive players, Klay is great but he doesn't get under your skin. Draymond doesn't even get under people's skin anymore, it seems. He did great on Blake in this game, but I just think theres something missing in that area. '

I'm not looking into KD not shooting. We know in the playoffs KD will shoot early and often. His massive payday depends on it. Now he's chilling, getting ready for the real season.
