I may jump back and forth between the releases of these. I am not catching any of the algorithm putting them out late. Plus I get a second look at the game.

Great analysis Alch. Kerr's reaction when Omri hit that 3 was amazing.

It could have been done in a way that neither the players or coaches advertised it ahead of time and if it was called out during the game or after they could have had a cover story...hey it was an organic spontaneous thing.....

But wait,.....then they would need to hire Sarah Sanders to gaslight the whole thing after so.....never mind. My bad....

If your the suns and not disrespected by it that’s a bigger problem! Like no need to make a fuss about it, but you should feel disrespected.

Agree the Warriors did a somewhat not respectful thing to energize, motivate, and create an increase in "player buy-in" which is important and beneficial thing for their team. Also, it wasn't disrespectful in the old days when Bill Russell, Al attles, Lenny Wilkens, Dave Debushere and others were playing player/coaches....the NBA game itself acknowledges players can coach AND play.

A little more low key or a little more on the downlow in talking about it would be good.

I noticed Durant pretending to throw his all star jersey in the crowd

parking lot pimping!!!! haaaaaa!!!

I thought the players coaching was a great idea. I was more interested in seeing West and Iggy coach than Crazy Cousin Draymond!

Everyone's talking about Kerr letting the players coach. But to me, that's not really significant. What's significant is why he made that decision. And he said he did it bc he was unable to get thru to his players for the past month. That's the bigger story to me.

This is all getting overblown too. The players do a lot of their own "coaching" every game. How often do you see Kerr calling out plays from the sideline? He's basically sitting in his chair the whole time. The system is already in place and these guys know it inside and out. They don't need to call plays or for Kerr to manage every little thing. They execute the offense and play within their system and philosophy.

Right it’s ridiculous, these are their peers, they run the plays all the time. Does it really matter who is calling them at the moment.

That’s the best take I’ve heard. But this is not overblown. Should anyone care about the Suns feelings no... it was smart, helped the team and was disrespectful.... that’s it.
