Electric arcs surrounding the Requiem Blaster and the Hammer of Heavenly Pride persisted for about two days.

Sun Cheng continued to wait patiently. However, his subordinates were not as patient.

After he ventured deep into the tunnel for over a day, Forerunner sensed something amiss and personally descended to investigate.

But when he entered the underground volcanic chamber below, the magma had started to cool rapidly due to the loss of heat, solidifying into volcanic rock.

Realizing something might be happening within the magma, he had no choice but to use remote communication to contact Sun Cheng. This communication method, utilizing powerful electromagnetic waves, could reach across planets, unhindered by mere rock formations.

"Even the underground volcano below the peak of Telindadi has been affected?"

After ending the communication with Forerunner, Sun Cheng gazed at the Requiem Blaster and the Hammer of Heavenly Pride on the islet, pondering deeply.

He had underestimated the speed at which the Requiem Blaster absorbed energy. No wonder the pre-fallen Megatronus Prime, wielding the Requiem Blaster, could draw energy from stars. This weapon truly lived up to its title as an Artifact.

Two days later, the electric arcs around the Requiem Blaster and the Hammer began to fade.

Only then did Sun Cheng land on the islet and reached out to grasp the Requiem Blaster.

"Zap!"

A brilliant blue arc of electricity erupted from the Requiem Blaster, causing Sun Cheng to release his grip, as if he had been electrocuted.

"Trying to resist me?"

He sneered and stretched out his hand again, exerting his full power, grabbing the Requiem Blaster with both hands.

For a moment, Sun Cheng almost lost his grip on the weapon.

However, the Requiem Blaster, lacking a master to control it and relying on its faint self-awareness, couldn't resist the overpowering strength of a top-tier commander.

After a mere half hour of raw power struggle, the Requiem Blaster, realizing its inability to break free, finally ceased its resistance.

Seeing it finally subdued, Sun Cheng contentedly stored it back within the Spherical Space.

He would have ample time to study the changes in the Requiem Blaster. For now, Sun Cheng was more interested in the forging hammer on the islet, whose identity he was almost certain of.

From a human perspective, the Hammer of Heavenly Pride was a colossal weapon.

Measuring about 3.7 meters in length and composed of gold, silver, and blue hues.

He approached and picked up the Hammer of Heavenly Pride.

The moment he held it, Sun Cheng felt its weight.

The forging hammer was much heavier than the Requiem Blaster, weighing a massive 8.3 tons.

Upon picking up the Hammer, Sun Cheng sensed as if curious eyes were fixated on him.

In this perilous world, he remained highly vigilant. He discreetly surveyed his surroundings and initiated a tracking mechanism.

However, Sun Cheng quickly lowered his gaze in surprise to the hammer he held, murmuring in astonishment, "Huh?"

It turned out that the unique electromagnetic signal observing him originated from the very hammer in his hand.

In an instant, countless thoughts flashed across Sun Cheng's mind.

He hesitated for a moment before suddenly asking, "Do you possess self-awareness?"

This isn't just empty talk. The Requiem Blaster indeed possesses a form of self-awareness, but it is quite rudimentary. Its consciousness merely aids its master slightly in combat or resists wielders who don't meet its criteria.

However, the weapon, which appears to be the Heavenly Pride Hammer, seems to have a higher degree of self-awareness than the Requiem Blaster.

After asking, Sun Cheng gazed at the Heavenly Pride Hammer he held in his hand. He received no response from it for quite a while. Frowning, he refrained from speaking. Channeling his internal energy into the Heavenly Pride Hammer, just as Sun Cheng was about to test the rumored abilities of this Artifact, a somewhat cold, mechanical female voice resonated.

"Why is the Requiem Blaster in your hands when you are not Megatronus Prime?"

This voice was clearly emanating from the Heavenly Pride Hammer Sun Cheng held.

Sun Cheng's heart raced with excitement. The weapons of the Primuses aren't something ordinary Cybertronians could wield. For example, the Starblade, passed down by the First Seer, was rumored to only unleash its full power in the hands of his direct descendants—the Primus royal lineage. To others, it was merely a slightly sharper and heavier sword.

Sun Cheng pondered whether the Heavenly Pride Hammer had similar constraints. After all, not long ago, when searching for the Leadership Module, he had narrowly escaped erasure by an unknown entity. Reflecting on it, Sun Cheng suspected that those who tried to prevent him from finding the Leadership Module might be the legendary six Cybertron Primuses who supposedly turned into tombs to protect the module.

While he didn't understand how they could still possess the power to erase him millions of years later, Sun Cheng, with his Decepticon origin, couldn't help but tread carefully when facing these entities of Cybertronian legend. Thus, the high self-awareness of the Heavenly Pride Hammer wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

Having self-awareness meant it could communicate. And if it could communicate, Sun Cheng believed he would eventually find a way to earn the right to wield the Heavenly Pride Hammer.

"Megatronus Prime? Are you the Primus Solus Prime?"

After some thought, Sun Cheng questioned back.

The Heavenly Pride Hammer remained silent for a long while before emitting a soft hum, "My master has returned to the source of life. You can call me the Heavenly Pride Hammer."

Would it be appropriate to say that it's no wonder a weapon forged by Solus Prime, the deity with the power of creation, possesses such high self-awareness?

Sun Cheng felt elated. He quickly copied and transmitted all the information he knew about Megatronus Prime, or Lord Fallen—including their recent battle—from his memories to the Heavenly Pride Hammer.

The information wasn't extensive, and the Hammer absorbed it quickly. Then there was a prolonged silence. Just as Sun Cheng was growing impatient and was about to speak up, he heard the Hammer murmuring with a hint of melancholy, "So, Megatronus Prime ultimately fell..."

"Yes," Sun Cheng interjected, "I need your power, Heavenly Pride Hammer... You've seen it. Against Lord Fallen... We lack the ability to harm him!"

While Sun Cheng did withhold certain information—like his speculation that Optimus Prime, wielding the Leadership Module, might have severely wounded or even defeated Lord Fallen, which might explain the Primus's absence for over half a month—his plea was met with a straightforward rejection from the Hammer.

"While I'd like to assist you, I can't... Before returning, my master placed restrictions on me. Aside from her Primus siblings, no one else can wield the Heavenly Pride Hammer."
