Colonel Vasilievich's visit this time wasn't just about sharing the photos taken by the military satellites with Sun Cheng's group.

That was more of a side gesture to show Moscow's attitude. His sudden visit had a more significant purpose: Moscow wanted to know more detailed insider information about the Decepticon attack on the American warships.

It was clear that the dire state of the attacked American warships had greatly alarmed Moscow. They had likely been preparing for a confrontation with the United States and NATO, led by United States, in the Caucasus region.

With this unexpected incident, Moscow couldn't help but be in turmoil. They knew about the alliance between the United States and the Autobots.

Sun Cheng had mentioned this matter more than once, often embellishing the details.

Furthermore, over the past year, Sound Nest had repeatedly hunted and killed Decepticons globally, often in the presence of observers who managed to capture the events in various countries.

Although the media and the internet were almost devoid of reports due to the strict censorship imposed by the United States authorities, they couldn't completely cover up the existence of Autobots and Decepticons on Earth. Many national powers now knew about them.

Even on the dark web, there were many supposed representatives of major arms companies or national powers, eagerly seeking Autobot and Decepticon remains. They were willing to offer substantial bounties even for fragments of their mechanical bodies.

Previously, Autobots had entered into cooperation with the United States, leading to the establishment of "Sound Nest," a specialized task force. The United States had more than once expressed a desire to deepen cooperation, seeking both Cybertron's advanced technology and the opportunity to eliminate any forces on Earth that didn't submit to their authority. However, because Optimus Prime had consistently refrained from meddling too much in human affairs, Sound Nest had not been used as a tool for the United States to intervene in other countries.

However, Moscow was unaware of this. The Russians wouldn't forget that not long ago, Autobots had invaded North Dovinsk. While they had managed to repel the attack with Sun Cheng's assistance, had they not discovered the Autobots in advance, the outcome would have been different.

With an entire fleet of the United States attacked and nearly annihilated, Moscow was bound to overthink the situation. What if they were to face an Autobot attack in the midst of a conflict with Georgia in South Ossetia? What would be their fate?

In short, Moscow sought a guarantee from Sun Cheng to ensure that during any conflict, if they encountered attacks from extraterrestrial life, be it Autobots or other Decepticons, Sun Cheng and his team would extend their assistance immediately.

Sun Cheng granted this guarantee, as he realized that Moscow had indeed been deeply frightened. Without this assurance, Moscow might choose to swiftly resolve the conflict with Georgia in South Ossetia, which wasn't what Sun Cheng wanted. He hoped that the attention of the United States could be diverted to the Caucasus region by the polar bears, allowing Moscow to conduct its operations there.

...

After seeing off Colonel Vasilievich, Forerunner arrived.

Thunder was a pure warrior, spending his days training and nothing else.

During the previous invasion by Soundwave, Thunder, who had just received a new mechanical body, couldn't fully utilize his full strength, revealing numerous issues during the battle. As a result, he had spent most of his time since then either training with Sun Cheng or Excavator, attempting to improve the efficiency of adjusting to his new mechanical body through continuous combat.

Forerunner, on the other hand, was more than just a warrior; he possessed a rationality that surpassed the average Decepticon. Due to this quality, Sun Cheng didn't treat him like a regular warrior. Instead, he aimed to cultivate Forerunner into a qualified commander.

With the rapid development of the base, Sun Cheng often found himself stretched thin. He lacked individuals capable of independently handling various tasks. He had to personally step into every situation, which increased his exposure to danger and drained a significant portion of his energy. This was one of the reasons why he began focusing on cultivating Forerunner.

"Master, the items you requested have been delivered in four batches from the base!"

Forerunner had come this time to report an important matter to Sun Cheng.

The requested items from the second base in South America had been manufactured and delivered.

Upon hearing this news, Sun Cheng's expression shifted.

"Take me there..."

"Yes!"

Leading the way, Forerunner and Sun Cheng didn't disturb Thunder and Excavator, who were locked in heated combat within the Training Ground. After exiting the Training Ground, they headed to the military port at the northernmost part of North Dovinsk.

The Training Ground was located southeast of North Dovinsk, approximately 40 kilometers away from the military port situated in the northern part of the city.

Originally, this had been a Russian Army camp, but after Moscow temporarily handed over control of North Dovinsk to Sun Cheng's group, the garrison was relocated to another Russian Army military base 70 kilometers away. Sun Cheng's engineers had transformed this area into a Training Ground.

Following Moscow's forced relocation, the current population of North Dovinsk was under 3,000 individuals, concentrated in a relatively prosperous and well-equipped part of the city.

Since Sun Cheng's group took over North Dovinsk, the area was heavily guarded. Aside from various fixed watchtowers, squads of combat robots patrolled regularly.

For Sun Cheng and Forerunner, 40 kilometers was like a short stroll for a human.

Before long, the two Decepticons arrived at the tightly guarded military port. They made their way directly to the shipyard at the northwest of the military port.

Soon, Sun Cheng saw what he had requested: tall and massive, a total of sixteen enormous cargo containers.

When he entered the warehouse, which had been converted from a shipyard, the cargo containers had already been lifted by heavy-duty cargo robots and placed in the dock.

They were neatly arranged, occupying a significant portion of the warehouse.

Sun Cheng's gaze passed over the sides of the sixteen huge cargo containers. Each container bore a pattern that resembled ancient motifs or engravings. It was as though they were inspired by some unidentified ancient totem. After a while, Sun Cheng retracted his gaze.

These ancient motifs engraved on the sides of the sixteen cargo containers were in Cybertronian script.

Unlike human script, Cybertronian script was extremely complex. It resembled an aggregation of micro-images. Even a seemingly simple Cybertronian character carried a substantial amount of information, akin to the information contained in an ancient human totem.

The sixteen Cybertronian characters inscribed on the cargo containers detailed the types and quantities of the goods stored within.

Looking at them, a calm blue light filled Sun Cheng's eyes.

In the ever-changing situation of the "Transformers" world, time was a luxury Sun Cheng couldn't afford. His influence had developed rapidly under his careful planning.

However, everyone he offended was a powerhouse. Autobots continued to gather from the cosmos to Earth, and Starscream seemed to be cultivating more Decepticon soldiers on the moon. Even considering this world's United States, a million-megaton nuclear warhead could obliterate everything he had built over the past year and more.

Sun Cheng's greatest lack now was time. When the first satellite of the base was destroyed by Soundwave, he realized that a crisis was approaching, more dangerous than he had anticipated.

Now, no one could save him. He had to rely on himself.

And, under careful consideration, the only way to turn the tide was for Sun Cheng to return to the real world.
