"Success!"

The unexpected success brought a brief astonishment to Sun Cheng's face, but soon his eyes were filled with joy!

The fact that the All Spark fragments could transform machinery and devices into Decepticons was of great importance to him.

Although Sun Cheng had known for a long time that big shots like Starscream and Shockwave within the Decepticon army could mass-produce Decepticon foot soldiers by creating Cores, he understood the concept but had no practical knowledge. Even veteran Decepticons like Onslaught had only a limited understanding of the process.

Therefore, the robots he created were always just machines that could only perform simple emergency tasks based on pre-programmed data. They didn't possess the ability to think or analyze; they were essentially just machines.

No matter how many of these things he created, no matter how exquisite they were, they could only be used as cannon fodder.

However, if the All Spark fragment in his possession possessed the same ability as the All Spark to transform machinery into life, it meant that the industrial and combat robots being mass-produced in Base Two had the potential to be transformed into Decepticons as well.

Just the thought of it filled Sun Cheng with excitement.

If he had hundreds or even thousands of Decepticons at his disposal, not to mention Barricade, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, and others coming to him, even when faced with Starscream, Optimus Prime, or even Megatron himself, he would have enough confidence.

This was power!

Similar to the "green skins" he had created before, this mini Decepticon, converted from his own Nokia phone, was also a youngling with a naive and chaotic consciousness.

Just after being exposed to the radiation of the All Spark fragment, it gained life.

However, after its birth, the little one looked around in a daze for a moment, then immediately waved the grenade launcher in its hand and fired a few shots at Sun Cheng, who was closest to it!

"Boom!"

The sound of an explosion suddenly startled Sun Cheng, who had been momentarily distracted due to his overwhelming emotions.

Regaining his focus, he looked at the mini Decepticon in front of him, which had finally settled down. Similar to the "green skins," this newly born mini Decepticon lacked significant intelligence.

Nevertheless, based on his earlier analysis, this little one had indeed been transformed from a phone into a mechanical lifeform.

In other words, the All Spark fragment he had acquired possessed the power to convert machinery into living beings. This discovery filled Sun Cheng with immense joy.

Without delay, he picked up the fragment and turned his attention to an industrial robot nearby. He promptly commanded Teletraan, saying, "Teletraan, take control of this robot and then withdraw your consciousness from its Core!"

"I understand!"

Teletraan quickly took control of the robot, which walked towards Sun Cheng. Subsequently, it withdrew from the robot's Core.

After completing it, he held the fragment and slowly placed it on the head of the industrial robot.

With anticipation in his eyes, Sun Cheng stared unwaveringly at the robot.

However, to his disappointment, after the fragment emitted that wave of radiation, it remained motionless.

So much so that even after placing the fragment on top of the industrial robot's head, there was no change for several minutes.

"Hmm..."

Sun Cheng, unwilling to give up, had to once again remove the fragment from its head and carefully inspect it in his hand.

After a while, he finally let out a sigh.

"...So, the reduced information in the fragment is because a significant amount of stored data was consumed during the transformation process of the Nokia phone. Now it doesn't have the ability to transform this industrial robot anymore?"

Staring at the fragment in his hand, Sun Cheng finally felt relieved.

The fragment had successfully transformed a mobile phone into a mini Decepticon just moments ago, which had raised his expectations considerably.

Fortunately, his hopes were not shattered. Although it didn't work this time, the anticipation remained.

He then took a moment to carefully play with the fragment in his hand before placing it back on the device.

"Teletraan, continue charging it..."

"Yes, Master!"

Following his command, Teletraan immediately took control of an industrial robot, reattached the fragment to the device, and resumed charging it.

Being a highly intelligent supercomputer manufactured by Cybertron, Teletraan deduced the origin of the fragment based on its extensive database, even though Sun Cheng hadn't explained anything or mentioned the source of the fragment.

Curiosity got the better of Teletraan: "Master, does this fragment have something to do with the All Spark?"

"It is a fragment of the All Spark..."

Teletraan possessed exceptional intelligence, and Sun Cheng had previously skimmed through its extensive database, noticing that Onslaught had stored a wealth of information about the All Spark. Despite its complexity and disorder, it was evident that the previous owner had a profound obsession with the All Spark. Teletraan's database contained many legends about the All Spark.

"I see, so the legends are true? The All Spark can transform machinery into life..."

"Hmm..."

Sun Cheng gave a noncommittal response, but his gaze fell upon the mini Decepticon that he now controlled, prompting him to contemplate.

The fragment of the All Spark had indeed sparked some expectations within him, but it didn't seem to meet his lofty expectations.

Before departing to receive supplies in Northport, he had given Teletraan the command to continue charging the fragment.

Despite absorbing power for several days, the fragment could only barely transform a mobile phone into a mechanical life form.

From this perspective, it was unclear how much energy it would require to acquire enough information to transform a robot into a mechanical life form.

"Regarding Atlas, it seems we need to urge the thermal nuclear reactor at the base again..."

Reaching out, he grabbed the Decepticon that had transformed from a Nokia phone, and Sun Cheng furrowed his brow.

The transformed mechanical life possessed a confused consciousness and lacked intelligence, which presented another problem to solve.

Now, it appeared that the fragment had given him hope, but along with hope came a heap of troubles.

At that moment, after playing with the mini Decepticon in his hand for a while, Sun Cheng erased its confused thoughts and transformed it back into a mobile phone.

Just then, the phone suddenly vibrated, indicating an urgent call coming through.
