As he gazed at the eight Nascent Soul Cultivators approaching from afar, the middle-aged man with a purple beard could finally breathe a sigh of relief.

While on Wang Hong's Flying Boat en route to his Beast Spirit Sect, he had already sent messages to the other four Sects seeking assistance.

In the Southern Region, there were now only five large-sized powers of roughly equal strength. They competed with each other and also formed cooperative alliances when there were no external threats. In essence, they would compete and even consider eliminating each other when there were no external enemies. However, when facing external forces, these five Sects had to form alliances and work together.

After receiving the messages, the four Sects had collectively dispatched eight Nascent Soul Cultivators to aid them.

The middle-aged man with the purple beard had been anxious earlier because Wang Hong's side was overwhelmingly powerful, putting immense pressure on him. Now that their side also had over ten Nascent Soul Cultivators, he finally had some confidence.

However, he didn't expect these reinforcements to prevent the Qingxu Sect from leaving. Weakening the Beast Spirit Sect was something the other Sects welcomed.

As he had anticipated, one of the Nascent Soul Cultivators, upon learning the situation, said, "Since it's a voluntary decision by Fellow Daoists Qi and others, it's an internal matter of your Sect. We don't wish to interfere."

The middle-aged man with the purple beard wasn't surprised by this response. After all, Wang Hong's fleet, while powerful, had no intention of establishing a foothold in the Southern Region and had no interest in competing for resources. It had no bearing on the overall interests of the Southern Region.

"Since you've come from afar, and it's rare for us to gather like this, how about we, the Beast Spirit Sect, host a banquet for everyone to enjoy together?" the middle-aged man with the purple beard proposed. Hosting an event with so many Nascent Soul Cultivators would also enhance the reputation of the Beast Spirit Sect.

"Very well, we accept your invitation," one of the Cultivators from the reinforcements agreed. They had no intention of leaving until Wang Hong and his group departed.

After receiving their response, the middle-aged man with the purple beard turned to Wang Hong and Zhou Yuan.

"Since Fellow Daoists are so cordially invited, we will certainly participate," Wang Hong replied. After all, they still had several days to spend here.

"Please, follow me inside," the middle-aged man with the purple beard said.

A group of over twenty Nascent Soul Cultivators, led by the middle-aged man with the purple beard, entered the Beast Spirit Sect.

The banquet took place in a grand hall, and to entertain the Nascent Soul Cultivators, the Beast Spirit Sect had spared no expense. Along with their own Nascent Soul Cultivators, there were more than twenty people in total. Each of them had a jug of Spirit Wine, two platters of spirit fruit, and some small snacks rich in Spirit Qi.

Wang Hong picked up a jug of Spirit Wine and took a small sip. His expertise in poison allowed him to quickly determine that it was safe to drink. However, he refrained from indulging in unknown food on someone else's territory, especially considering their recent conflict.

Moreover, these spiritual items were of little value to Wang Hong; the Spirit Wine was merely of the second tier, and there was only one piece of third-tier spirit fruit among them.

Everyone ate some food casually, and at this point, the middle-aged man with the purple beard shared the news he had obtained from Zhou Yuan with the rest of the group.

This information was already known to everyone on Wang Hong's side and was more detailed.

The Nascent Soul Cultivators from the Southern Region were shocked upon hearing the news. It seemed that the Demon Clan had grand plans, and once they succeeded, Hezhou Continent might fall entirely under the control of the Demon Clan. Where would they go then? Would they all follow in the footsteps of the Qingxu Sect and migrate overseas?

They all turned their gaze towards Wang Hong, who responded with a polite smile before disregarding their attention.

It appeared that this plan was unlikely to succeed. Wang Hong had no personal connection with them, so why should he help them?

Moreover, the five major Sects in the Southern Region have a large number of people, at least over two million. How many Flying Boats would be needed to transport them? If there aren't enough Flying Boats, the best they can do is have Nascent Soul Cultivators take some of the Golden Core Cultivators and leave, abandoning the entire Sect.

This is clearly not the outcome they want to see. Everyone has someone they can't abandon, and not all of them possess high cultivation levels. From the moment a person is born, they are intricately connected to this world, making it difficult to detach completely.

People who are truly alone, without family or friends, are in the minority.

Without Wang Hong's help, they obviously wouldn't have the ability to lead their disciples across the Desolate Spirit Sea. Moreover, simply hearing a single piece of news and then abandoning their foundation and leaving is unlikely. They would need to fight a few battles and only consider withdrawal if they truly couldn't win.

The people from the Southern Region discussed this matter for a while but remained perplexed.

At this point, the middle-aged man with the purple beard turned to Wang Hong.

"Wang Fellow Daoist, if the Southern Region Cultivators truly engage with the Demon Clan, would you be willing to lend a hand as fellow members of the Human Clan?"

"I wonder in what way Fellow Daoists would like me to assist?" Wang Hong replied. He actually wouldn't mind getting involved in opposing the Demon Clan. Even though the Human Clan had formed an alliance with the Demon Clan on the Fengwu Continent, in his eyes, the Demon Clan was still an irreconcilable enemy.

When he thought about how many mortals there used to be in East Zhou before it was occupied by the Demon Clan, and how the Human Clan had nearly been wiped out until the Great Chu Immortal Nation withdrew from Hezhou, leaving him with only a million people, he couldn't help but feel a deep grudge.

After some thought, the middle-aged man with the purple beard said, "Since Fellow Daoists were able to safely cross the Desolate Spirit Sea, would Wang Fellow Daoist be interested in engaging in trade between our Southern Region and overseas? As long as Fellow Daoist can transport some overseas goods to be sold in our Southern Region, it would greatly enhance the strength of the Human Clan in our Southern Region."

Hezhou was isolated and separated by the Desolate Spirit Sea, making travel extremely inconvenient. Even Nascent Soul Cultivators had to face numerous dangers when traversing it. However, some individuals from their group occasionally went to the nearby Fengwu Continent to purchase useful resources.

However, an individual's carrying capacity was limited, even with a Storage Bag. For their entire power, it was like a drop in the bucket.

"That's certainly not a problem. As long as it can help you, I'm willing to go all out to transport various types of Spiritual Objects to meet everyone's needs," Wang Hong replied. He was more than happy to provide assistance in this manner, as his power had always grown through business operations.

Upon hearing Wang Hong's wholehearted agreement, everyone was pleasantly surprised. They all knew that many rare resources in Hezhou Continent were considered ordinary Spiritual Objects in the Fengwu Continent, available in many small shops. With a large supply of resources, their overall strength would experience explosive growth.

"I have one more request. In times of dire battle, could Fellow Daoist's Cultivators lend a hand? Of course, Fellow Daoist wouldn't be doing this for nothing. Each of our Sects will offer generous rewards," the middle-aged man with the purple beard asked again, feeling a bit uneasy.

In fact, both of these questions had been secretly discussed among their respective Sects through Message Transmission. Otherwise, they wouldn't have let him take the lead alone.
