What is the difference between the pros and the Joes? It is practice, not how long we practice but actually HOW we practice. You can use backing tracks and focus on specific areas of your playing to take your playing to whole places, places you probably didn't that were possible, but they are!

Playing Ukulele can be divided into two categories, lead and rhythm, and both can be improved with backing tracks. I am going to show you how take a simple backing track, and with only knowing just the chord progression and nothing else, how to create dozens of exercises designed to drastically improve all areas of your playing, fingerpicking, soloing, strumming, double stops, chord shapes, phrasing, bends, and of course there is so much more you can do! The key here is to pay attention to both the exercises, and also how I create them, so you can create similar exercises to any backing track that you play along to.

Great lesson Tyler! Thank you. Maybe down the line you can post a lesson for doing this in another key, maybe the key of A?
