Now that our blues challenge is over, Baritone Wednesday's are back! The 2nd Wednesday of the month is a baritone lesson and today we are going to learn how to play Stand By Me, one of the most important songs for beginners to learn, but we aren't just going to strum through it, we are going to show you how to add that iconic bass line to the song so you can play the song with swagger and gusto! The song is just an 8 bar loop with only 4 chords that plays around and around for the entire song. The chords are A F# minor D and E which are actually all a lot easier to play on the baritone and the lowest note on the baritone is the D note, which is great because that is also the lowest note in our bass line!
