RE: what this season will or not reveal. No spoilers, but it's worth mentioning that Disney cancelled The Clone Wars after season 5 - at which point there were 65 episodes remaining in various stages of completion, ranging from finished episode to first draft script. This shorter season turned up most places on Netflix (relatively) soon after and is basically the next bunch of episodes that were done (one arc was actually considered for season 5 at one point). Season 7 (shorter still) followed much later and does provide a conclusion. In between there was The Clone Wars Legacy; a multimedia project that adapted unfinished episodes into other formats. These included: - Son of Dathomir comic (4 episodes) - Crystal Crisis on Utapau storyreels (4 episodes, voiced but unfinished animation). Popped up on starwars.com, since removed but included as an extra on the Season 6 Blu-Ray - Dark Disciple novel (8 episodes) There was also a second arc that got the story reel treatment, but this was later finished for the released Season 7. 24 episodes remain unreleased in any form.
