((Y/N)'s POV)

Mika was giving me a bath after she gave herself one before the party and I tried to cover myself up a little, but she didn't let me because she had to clean me. I just let her do whatever she wanted to clean me after and she gave me a kiss when I sat still and stopped fighting. She got me out of the bath and started to dry me off and brushed the small knots out of my hair with the mechanical arms. Next, she dressed me in some clothes that she said, 'make me look cute'.

Mika-Remember sweetheart, Makenzie needs a friend, but is also 'very' sensitive. She's hurt, so she can't play a whole lot, but you can talk and play small games together.

(Y/N)-Ok.

Mika-Good boy. I know you 2 can be good friends. ~

She gave me another kiss before she put my gloves and collar on then nudged me a little to the front door. When we got outside we saw Jessie coming up the driveway of our home with cookies and Joey had his head sticking out of her pouch while laughing a little with each hop.

I don't know how anyone can be so happy about being a pet at least that quickly. Jessie hopped to us and Joey waved at me, so I waved back to him a little.

Mika-Well, someone's happy.

Jessie-I let him lick the spoon and some of the bowl before his bath and he won't settle down.

Joey-I like cookies!

They both laughed a little then we went to Christa's door and Jessie rang the doorbell. The door opened and we saw Christa and she had a dog clothes version of an apron... Something in the house smelled really good too.

Christa-Hello everyone! *Gasp* And who are these two adorable little munchkins? ~

She was looking at me and Joey like she was cooing at us. I looked away to hide my blush and Joey looked up at Jessie before we got inside. We went to the living room and we saw Angel in a baby swing slowly going back and forth.

Jessie-So what are you cooking? It smells good.

Christa-Well, I called someone and it turns out Mika was right. 'She' was ready and already packaged.

I was confused and Mika looked a little worried.

Mika-Um... Is there something else cooking for our pets?

Christa-Well of course, darling. I would feed our pets our special dinner... Why don't you let the little ones walk around? Autumn called and said she was on her way.

(Mika's POV)

Jessie took joey out of her pouch, but he just looked at her and held up his arms to tell her he wanted to be picked up. His gloves also looked adorable on him with this gesture.

Joey-Mama! Mama!

Jessie-Joey, noooo. It would be best if you stretched your legs a little. Go find a toy to play with while mama puts the cookies away.

He looked so pouty and cute, but I thought fast and took a ball from the toy chest in the living room that lights up when it hits the ground or rolls. This caught his attention when it rolled by him and he got the ball,... but that didn't make him want to leave Jessie's side. I had to help hold him back while she slowly left him to go to the kitchen for a bit and he already whined while reaching for her. Christa, (Y/N), and I just watched and I just felt jealous of how clingy Joey is to his owner already. When Jessie came back in, Joey broke free from me and ran to her and she just sighed before she picked him up to hold him.

Christa-Awwww, he's so adorable. ~

Jessie-Yep... That's my Joey.

Joey just played with the ball a bit in his hands by hitting it to make it light up. Jessie went to sit on the couch and I joined her while Christa went back to the kitchen. I saw (Y/N) look around the living room and turned to me with a bit of a sad look on his face. He came over to the couch and sat next to me and Jessie gave us a smile.

Jessie-Someone else is a little clingy. ~

Mika-*Giggles* You should have seen him when I found him at the pet shop. Poor thing cried when he got his restraints and collar on.

I nuzzled his neck a little to tickle him and I got a small chuckle out of him. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, so that must be Autumn and Makenzie.

Christa-I'll get it.

We heard her open the door and I focused on (Y/N) to get him ready to see Autumn and Makenzie again. When Autumn walked in with Makenzie, she looked like a human child in a candy store when she looked at our pets.

Autumn-Christa, your little one is so beautiful... Had they eaten, yet? ~

Christa-I fed Angel before I started cooking.

((Y/N)'s POV)

Makenzie and I were looking at each other while Autumn opened her cage, but Makenzie stayed inside to stay off her bandaged foot. I waved at her and she waved back until Mika nudged me a little. I turned to look at her and she gave me a look that reminded me of what we talked about earlier about Makenzie and me being friends.

I just slowly got up and Jessie, Autumn, and Mika watched me go up to Makenzie's cage.

(Y/N)-H-Hi.

Makenzie-... Hey.

I didn't even have friends before this whole pet thing because a lot of kids were mean or I just didn't feel like talking to them. She did look like she had the same problem as me. I saw she had toys in there and some stuffed animals. I sat next to her cage and tried to think of something else to say, but got distracted when the others started talking. Makenzie just held a stuffed animal close to her chest and it played music like mine did.

(Y/N)-... I have the same toy... A-A cat g-gave it to me when I got... put in a cage.

Makenzie-I got mine at a hospital.

It looked cozy in the cage with the pillows and blankets she was in, but her foot looked like it hurt. I didn't want to ask her how she got hurt, so I stayed on the toy.

(Y/N)-Are these all your toys?

Makenzie-Autumn wants to get me coloring books for home.

We talked a little more about toys until dinner was ready and there was one thing we were not allowed to eat. We got something else for meat though... We just have cut pork chops, rice, and asparagus in bowls and everyone sat where they wanted. The only ones that didn't eat any meat were Autumn and Angel.

Jessie-Hmmm... What kind of meat is this?

Christa-I prefer not to say it in front of the pets. Is something wrong?

Jessie-I only had fish or bird for meat. It's just what I grew up on for meat, but this does seem like a nice change. Got a recipe?

Christa-I just went off some seasoning recipes to get flavors online, but... you don't want Joey eating that.

Jessie-... Ohhhh.

Joey-Mama... Can I try?

Jessie-No hun. You have your food and mama has hers.

We all kept on eating then Angel started crying, so Christa and Autumn both went to him to try and get him to stop crying.

Autumn-He doesn't need a change. Maybe he's hungry.

Christa-I got a bottle of what he didn't finish earlier in the fridge. Can you get it? I think my baby wants his mama too. ~

Christa turned off the swing completely from the low setting before she grabbed two handles on the side of the swing to pick up Angel and lay him on the ground with her. She curled around Angel to cuddle him then he stopped crying a little. Autumn came back into the room with the bottle in her mouth, holding it sideways.

Autumn-You need help feeding him? *muffled*

Christa-I feed him like this all the time darling... You look like you want to though.

Autumn rushed in to feed Angel and I felt a tap on my shoulder and looked at Makenzie holding out another stuffed animal for me. I just slowly took it from her.

Mika-Awwww, you two look cute together. ~

We both looked at Mika smiling at us and this made everyone look at us. I felt my face burn up and I saw Makenzie's cheeks turn pink too. When dinner was done, Christa turned on the T.V. to find a kid movie for us all to watch. Mika took me back with her to the couch while Autumn slipped into the cage to let Makenzie use her as a pillow. We were all with our 'owners', cuddling with them and watching a movie until the sun went down and...

Jessie-*Yawn*... Well, I think it's time Joey and I *yawn* headed home.

I looked over to them and saw that Joey was already asleep in her pouch, but when she got up, Christa had something to say.

Christa-It's much too cold out to head home now. Why don't you just stay the night here and head home in the morning?

Jessie-... I mean... If you insist.

Mika-Autumn, you can come next door to my place and put Autumn in (Y/N)'s room with him.

Autumn-Why thank you, Mika... Come on honey bunch. Let's get you to someplace for bed. ~

(No POV)

Everyone was getting ready for bed now, but little did they know that a human was around the area and they did not look friendly... They just got done robbing a store for food and trashed the place after closing while leaving a few rabbits, cats, and domesticated humans from early preparations beaten and bruised, just barely alive while F.O.N. quickly arrived on the scene. He found a place to hide and decided to rest until morning.
