((Y/N)'s POV)

Mitsuri had me in a bath with her again, and that is how I woke up this morning. I was still tired from waking up that I only focused on how soft her hands were in my hair. When I finally woke up some more, I tried to push away from her, but she only held me a little tighter to keep me still then I noticed soap in the water.

Mitsuri-Don't struggle! The soap will get in your eyes!

I caught it just in time because I could feel the soap coming down my head then she went back to scrubbing my hair before she poured water on me and gave me kisses. That's when she got to work on scrubbing my body with soap then let us soak for a bit while she held my face against her neck.

Mitsuri-I'm sorry I woke you up. Was I scrubbing too hard?~

(Y/N)-Why didn't you wake me up?! How did you even get me in a bath without waking me up?! I can give myself a bath!

Mitsuri-I'm a Hashira sweetie. Getting you in here without waking you up was child's play, besides... You looked so cute and peaceful sleeping that it would be a crime to disturb you. ~

She soon got out of the bath with me to get me dried off and got us both dressed before she took me to the dining room where others were eating. They all looked at her carrying and cooing at me, and it's times like these that I hate my gifted eyes because I could tell some looked confused while others were laughing on the inside. I couldn't take it and just closed my eyes and turned into her, still feeling their eyes on me. When she put her hand on my head I suddenly felt the pressure going away then looked when she sat down... They looked scared to look over here now then I looked back to Mitsuri to see her smiling.

Mitsuri-Let's get some food in that belly of yours. ~

(Shinobu's POV)

I just got back to my mansion after sending a report to the Master about killing 5 demons in the area last night, being led by spider demons, like the one Giyu killed that was lower 5th. I got inside to see the boys training in the dojo, but my eyes fell on Kanako who for the first time ever... looked mad visibly.

Suddenly Tanjiro called it early to leave the others but kept up total concentration breathing.

Shinobu-Is everything alright?

Tanjiro-I sure hope so. Nezuko has been in a bad mood lately when she's not sulking or sleeping in bed. She wants to come out, but it's not like she can come out during the day, and at night I can't let her disturb others so mouth.

Shinobu-Oh my. I'm sorry to hear that. Do you know if anything happened to Kanako?

Tanjiro-She looked gloomy all day and when Zenistu tried talking with her during the game of tag, well... he didn't try to tag her anymore.

I noticed some bruises on Zenistu's face and body before Tanjiro left to tend to his sister.

Shinobu's mind-What put her in such a bad mood?

(Tanjiro's POV)

I made it to Nezuko's room and it looked darker than usual the smell of anger, sadness, and desire filled the air, and I don't know why. I didn't see Nezuko until I checked under the bed to see her looking at me as I pulled her out.

Tanjiro-Nezuko, I hate seeing you like this. Can you at least give me a hint about what's going on?

Nezuko-*Hmph*!

Tanjiro-Maybe tonight we can go out for a walk and get you out of this room. I'm sure they won't mind if we walk around the manor.

The scent of sadness only got stronger. I just wish I knew what she wanted so bad, so I can give it to her... Is she just so sick of being a demon? Can't say I would blame her, but I don't think that's the case.

Tanjiro's mind-What do you want so badly?

(Mother's POV)

The demon slayer mansion where my baby is, is in my sights from this cave and we have 28 demons that think they are so strong, and some are even a little stronger than me, but they were too stupid to know that they were about to walk into a slaughter tonight. Last night 5 scouts died, but a few snuck back to confirm my baby was not at this mansion but got transferred to another one a bit ways away.

Mother-To think, we almost attacked in the wrong manner. It looks like that demon slayer had their mind on something else.

Daughter-All of you be ready. Tonight we move and attack to capture a rare human to gain more than enough power to please our lord.

They all got hyped up while Daughter gripped her hands behind her back in anger. I too became furious at the thought of them hurting my baby. If any of them somehow make it back from the fight, I'll hang them somewhere and leave them to burn at daybreak.

(Timeskip To Night)

((Y/N)'s POV)

Mitsuri babied me in front of everyone all day and sometimes even spoke to me like I was a baby to her. Right now she was even tossing me high in the air... like higher than this place we were at. She would even jump up to where I was to catch me only to land without hurting herself. I could tell from her eyes that she did not hide any pain.

(Y/N)-Can we... just go inside?

Mitsuri-Awwww, but I wanted to show you something tonight. ~

(Y/N)-What?

Mitsuri-It's a special flower called 'Gekkabijin' and they only bloom at night. They look so pretty when they dance in the moonlight with the gentle wind. It's beautiful... After we'll go to bed.

She brought me to the garden and we waited for the moonlight to reach the garden then the flowers started to open and... glow... No, the light from the moon just makes hits it to make it look that way. It is pretty though then she suddenly grabbed me with a blanket from behind and before I could struggle... I was already wrapped up.

(Y/N)-Wh-Wh-?... How?!

Mitsuri-Don't feel too bad. I'm sure Giyu told me he tied up a demon slayer with a boar mask while he was yelling at him before he even knew it.

(Y/N)-Why would that make me feel better?!

Mitsuri-*Giggles* Wait right here. I'll be back with some nice shaved ice to feed you. ~

She laid me on a flower bed then poked my nose before she left to get me that treat and closed the gate to this garden. I started thinking about my mommy and how sad she must be which made me cry a little. Maybe I'll ask to talk to this master guy about me going home. Suddenly I heard the sound of someone hitting a wooden board... an alarm.

???-Demons! *In the distance*

I started to panic a little when they said that and when the alarms stopped I could hear the fighting from here and tried to get out to run somewhere to hide. Suddenly I heard a twig snap and could see something looking at me from behind the bushes.

(Y/N)-HELP!!! MITSU-!!!

Suddenly my mouth was wrapped in webs then I looked to see the demon who did this to me... or demons.

Mother-There's my baby human. Did you wrap yourself up for us?~

Daughter-And on a pile of flowers. This is almost like they were left as a gift.

Mother picked me up then they both quickly ran off with me to get away from the mansion. I didn't want to go back with them!...

(Y/N)'s mind-IS IT SO MUCH TO ASK TO GO HOME?!?!?!

(Daughter's POV)

With Rui gone, nobody could keep me from my true little brother and we even have a place to go in mind. We would blend in as women in makeup, so we just have to kill a human or two in an apartment to move in. As we were heading there now as fast as we could, we noticed my little brother started crying a lot harder from being scared.

Daughter-Mother, may I hold my brother? We won't be there for at least a few hours. A blindfold would help him, later on, to calm down.

Mother-Not yet. I'll give him to you when we make it halfway.

(Mitsuri's POV)

Those awful demons were really stupid trying to attack us head on and no scouts have spotted any demons and there was even 1 close to the garden. No alarm was sounded there, so my special little guy was safe. He must've been scared, so I made this shaved ice extra sweet. I opened the gate to the garden and couldn't wait to feed my baby.

Mitsuri-Oh sweetie. I got a little busy, but I got your-. *Gasp*!

I dropped the shaved ice when I saw (Y/N) was not where I left him... He was got, but there was no blood trail. I did see a few faint... spider webs.

Mitsuri-B-But the alarm... There's no way they could have attacked the guard without alerting the others!

I ran to where the post was on the roof, but when I got there... The guard was asleep with earplugs in. My heart... I never felt this much rage even toward a demon. The longer I looked at the guards sleeping face the worse it got until...

(???'s POV)

I was getting ready for another day to start by heading inside after gracing this town with my beauty. I'll eat some of my catches today and then relax in my room. It does get lonely without my brother always around to talk to me unless I bring him out and risk being exposed. I took one last look outside.

???'s mind-this is all getting boring... Maybe I should change things up a little somehow... I'll think about it during lunch.
