(Keenie's POV)

I stayed up all need from being unable to sleep because I was so happy! Not too long ago we were doing anything to survive even stealing and now I won't have to soon enough. (Y/N) was just so cuddly even in his sleep. By the time he wakes up, I want it to be the best I can provide for him, so I went to cook something. I have many options for breakfast, but what to choose?... I decided to make (Favorite Breakfast) for him in the kitchen, but I thought about the boys finding me... It will be best to keep him inside for the day while I get him ready to be presented. After his food was made, I made sure the aroma filled the room before I started tapping him to wake him gently.

Keenie-Ohhhh, (Y/N). Wakey, wakey. ~

He fluttered his eyes a little before he looked up at me and yawned so cutely.

He did a little stretch before he saw his breakfast and then rubbed his eyes to help himself stay awake. When he sat up and smiled at me with his eyes halfway closed still, it made my heart skip a beat. 

(Y/N)-Ahhhhhh.

Keenie-Hmm?... Oh!

I was going to have him eat at a table, but now he was expecting me to feed him since I had food in my hand. I thought about it, but just got a bite for him and he said 'ahh' for me again. I felt so blessed and when he was halfway through he looked at me.

(Y/N)-Are you going to eat?

Keenie-Don't worry about me, Sweetie. I want you nice and full before I eat. After this, we need to get you nice and clean to meet someone. ~

(Y/N)-But I want to share.

Keenie-Aren't you just the sweetest little thing? Ok, I'll have some food to put you at ease. ~

I took a few bites and he looked happy. A child like him with such innocence should not be anywhere near here with those vile demons. When the food was gone, he tried to pull me into him to cuddle, but I flew up while carrying him.

Keenie-We can't go back to sleep, Silly boy. We need to get you ready for my friends, remember? That means it's bathtime. ~

(Y/N)-Will there be toys and bubbles?!

(Timeskip 5 Minutes)

((Y/N)'s POV)

We didn't find bubbles, but there were toys that I could play with in the bath! She turned on the water and got me ready to get in the bath. It was fun when she flew to pick me up and put me in the water then she decided to get in too after she put our clothes in a washer.

Keenie-Play with your toys sweetie. I have some baby shampoo for your hair. ~

I just played like she wanted me to while she washed me and then got herself. I liked playing in the water and it helped wake me up, but when she took me out she wrapped me in a towel before she put our clothes in a drier.

Keenie-Ok, we got a while before our clothes are dried off and ready to wear again... Who wants to play a little board game and listen to some music? ~

I raised my hand and we stayed in our towels while we played Lupo and listened to music she calls classical music. I wanted to bundle up and snuggle into Keenie and her fluffy fur and wings. She even gave me kisses when I got extra snuggly... Now, I did it on purpose to get more kisses without asking. It all stopped when I heard a beep.

Keenie-Oh, come along. Let's get dressed and I'll clean this place up before we meet someone.

(Y/N)-Do they like cuddles too?

Keenie-... Let's save those for me... For now... We'll talk about it.

She got us both dressed and started cleaning while I sat on a couch in the cabin. I wanted to explore a little when she left and found something that looked like candy on the top shelf.

(Y/N)-Powdered Fluff... Yummy!

I tried to climb up to get it for me and Keenie to share with her friend, but then I slipped off the dresser and fell into the basket she put our towels in.

(Y/N)-Giggles. ~

Soon she came back in and looked in the basket I was still stuck in and it was funny.

Keenie-Sweetie, I asked you to sit still. Why did you move?

(Y/N)-Candy!

Keenie-Candy?

(Y/N)-Up there.

She looked to where I pointed and looked scared before she flew off with it, but didn't come back with it. When she took me out, she checked me before putting me back on the couch then looked relieved.

Keenie-Sweetie... That was nasty candy and you should never even touch it. I'll get you some better candy later.

(Y/N)-Ok.

(Keenie's POV)

For adults to have drugs in a place that is supposed to be full of children drives me up the wall! If I ever meet them, I would sternly tell them that hell is where they are going, but they are not taking any children with them! It took a few breaths to collect myself before a surprise kiss on the cheek did the job. 

Keenie's mind-Heaven is going to love this special case.

I opened a portal to Heaven and tried to go through it. Even when I expected to be launched back out they didn't come back up. I just did it again and again to bug whoever was paying attention to this. Soon someone finally did come out and... I wished it was someone else.

Deerie-Hello, Keenie. You're still banned from Heaven, so I can't let you come through still. Yeeeaahhh. Nooo. ~

I forgot how much she gets on my nerves with that smug attitude you would get from a receptionist! I just had to keep my head and stay calm to play my hand right.

Keenie-Actually, I have a case to present.

Deerie-The human that you and your friends were sent to help is still kiiinda gone. ~

I moved out of the way so she could see (Y/N) and he was staring at her in awe and wonder... So cute!

(Deerie's POV)

I was looking at a living child and before I could tell her that caring for a child doesn't bring the dead back to life, I noticed something... A feeling coming off of him. It was the feeling of a demon's hold on a living soul or at least a spell. He got up and playfully came to me to jump up and try to grab me while giggling.

Deerie-Hi theeerreee. ~

Keenie-If we may speak alone?... (Y/N), why don't you go play with some toys again and we will call you back in? Just stay in the cabin and I'll give you more snuggles if you're good. ~

(Y/N)-Gasp!

He ran to Keenie to give her a kiss on the cheek before he left the room. When I was sure he could not hear us, I decided to lay everything on the table as gently as I could.

Deerie-Ok, so this is 'cleeeaarrrly' an innocent soul tied to demonic forces that were seemingly put at bay.

Keenie-I undid the contract from the caster that wasn't complete. I just want to help get him the proper help to cleanse him, but that is not in my power.

Deerie-I can speak to someone to come here, but I am afraid you are still banished... Sorrrry. wince

Keenie-An angel can come here and I will make my case either way be I decided to personally guard over this child. I here by make my claim and that is not a claim even you can provoke since it is in our nature.

I froze for a bit and thought it over before I summoned a list of the rules and regulations we Cherubs follow.

Deerie-Yeah, sorry. We grant blessings to humans sure, but other than guarding sacred items and other sacred grounds we don't make claims on humans.

Keenie-Which is why this is a special case. A human with demonic claims that were sent to hell alive that I brought back to the human world never really happens. Also, his completely sweet and innocent heart is something Heaven will allow in when one passes. Seeing as he crossed to the afterlife and back, he counts as sacred.

She said that all with a smile on her face and it did get under my skin, but I kept my composure. Her smile got bigger.

Keenie-Yeeeaaahhh soooooo... Do you want to make a bigger scene by dragging a high-ranking angel here or do you want to take this to Heaven and settle it with a simple office call? ~

Deerie-I am going to want to see this child again.

Keenie-Ohhhh, (Y/N)! ~

He didn't come back after we waited a whole minute, so we went to see what happened. I was ready to throw the book at her if he disobeyed her and ran off, but then we saw a sight that even made me blush with her... (Y/N) was tangled in a ball of yarn like a cat trying to get out. 

He looked so focused on trying to get out before he looked at us with big innocent eyes before he smiled and laughed.

(Y/N)-Snicker Both of you look funny with pink cheeks! Hahahaha!

Deerie/Keenie-Screaming with mouth closed! ~

He wiggled his way over when we landed on the ground then he brushed up against me before looking a little whiney.

(Y/N)-Can you sit down, please?... I want my snuggles now.

I did better and picked him up before I helped him out of the yarn then he hugged me while I flew in the air from the surprise. He then reached for Keenie to try and get her in on this. She did so and when we sat down and he nuzzled into our laps she leaned into my ear.

Keenie-I can try again and get someone else if you decide you don't want to report this... Then you can worry about your position... You're choice. ~ whisper

Deerie-... I need to make a few calls and see what I can do for an office meeting.

Keenie-Well don't let us keep you! ~

She pulled him out of my lap to curl him up and have him all to herself. He saw this as a playful act and gave her tons of kisses and affection in adorable ways before she looked me.

Keenie-See you later! Bye! ~

I slowly got up and opened a portal to Heaven. When I got through, I showed how angry I was to myself in a mirror!

Deerie-Claiming a child as a special case to get back here?! Grunt

(Moxxie's POV)

I was going through the details of this mission and how there were no live rounds, blades, poison, explosives, lethal gas, harmful gas, torture, intimidation, or even yelling at the target we had to bring back alive... So what are we supposed to do?! Just as the child to come with us so some royal demon can put a leash and collar on her after she is already abusive to her husband, my boss sleeps with?! I turned off my phone and looked at myself in the reflection before I looked at Millie while Loona was leading the way... In the living world.

We were on a rooftop where we could see a church from and I found this whole method to be pointless seeing as our target was last seen in hell unless a demon helped him here instead of claiming him which I find nice, but unlikely.

Moxxie-Our client said our target was trapped in hell!

Loona-Oh, sit on a dick, Fatty.

Moxxie-I! Am not! FAT!!!

Millie-Calm down, Moxxie. ~

Millie pulled me into her to calm me down while I glared at her, but then I realized something... Blitz has been gone for too long now.

Moxxie-Where is-?

Just then he came over the edge from the fire escape with a fishing pole and an ice chest.

Blitz-Alright, shut your assholes because I have come up with a plan that can not fail!

Moxxie-Oh, I doubt that. What are you doing with a fishing pole?

Blitz-It's simple. We stake out the town, we spot the crazy royal's pet fetish victim, I put the bait on the hook, he chases it, comes to us, we capture him, give him to that crazy perverted bitch, and get our fuckton of money. 

Moxxie-... I'm going to regret this... What is the bait, Sir?

He opened the ice chest and pulled out a pack of cookies... My eye twitched and I facepalmed myself.

Moxxie-Sir, there is no way any kid with any common sense would chase a cookie on a string into a dark alley where we would need to likely ambush him!

Blitz-Says you. It works all the time with coked-up drug addicts in hell. I went with something 'drug-free'.

Millie-Why not do what Loona did back at that Spring Break party at the beach for that bet? Turn human and lure the child to us.

Loona-That wasn't the plan the whole fucking time?!

Blitz already tied a string to a cookie to toss it off the building and have it dangle down there... I am going to go lay down somewhere to process his stupidity and Loona even looked annoyed while Millie just smiled.

Moxxie's mind-Why me?... Why me?!

(Keenie's POV)

(Y/N) was just so adorable! I think I just got him addicted to sucking on my finger like a pacifier thanks to my glove covering my fur. He was even looking up at me from my lap as he lied down and nuzzled into my stomach. I tried to baby him to make him blush and be a little embarrassed since I wanted to see the cute reaction, but all I got was him accepting it and wanting more or just giggling while still sucking on my finger... This was better. Just then a portal opened and Deerie came in.

Deerie-We have someone waiting for the two of you in her office... Please, come in.

I smiled and carried him with me through the portal which was tricky since he was bigger than me and didn't want to let my finger go. Deerie looked jealous of me as I went through the portal. When I did go through my jaw dropped.

Sera kept her composure while Emily showed how happy she was to be here.

Keenie's mind-She got the Head Seraphine and Emily?!

Deerie-Here they are. If you wish, I can watch the child outside for a private talk.

Sera-Perhaps later. We will start the meeting with all of us present.

(Y/N) looked at both of them and when Emily waved at him a little he waved while still sucking on my finger and I sat down with Deerie next to me and (Y/N) forced on another chair... I had to take my finger away and he looked a little disappointed.

(Y/N)-Awww. Hey.

Sera-It will be ok, little one... Let us start with proper introductions.
