One more quick poll!

Before I start writing the Helkara Gamemaster's Guide, I want to know which of the following options you're most interested in. Keep in mind, with our current production rate, we can probably do both eventually.

Gamemaster's Guide - Basically a redux of the 5e DMG, but with a bit of tweaking to better fit to the world of Helkara. It'll include Helkaran-specific hazards, traps, downtime activities, etc. More general purpose than just the campaign book.

Campaign Guide - Focused on 10 - 12 different types of specific campaigns that you can run in Helkara (ie. "Rebellion Against the Sorcerer-Kings", "How to Become a Sorcerer King", "Traders of Helkara", "Explorers of Helkara", etc.), the types of encounters you should have in those encounters, and how to write them out in an arc. Basically, a bit more laser-focused on campaigns and adventures related to those campaigns.

Vote today!

This poll ends tomorrow, but if there's an early lead, chances are I'll start working on whichever one is leading and then add the other one to the list of books for the next couple months.

I voted but I'm honestly 51/49 on this lol

It's a tough one so close they would both be great but if I had to choose, it would be the campaign guide.

I think we're all excited with whatever gets you excited! Loving this new stuff!

Not even close for me. I’m an experienced GM, but what I need to know about a setting is what kind of adventures I can run. The 4e setting books had a few examples of 1-30 campaigns in those settings, and I loved them. I can modify and improvise, but I really want a base idea to start with.

I appreciate these long poll windows improves my ability to vote. Thanks. Now if only there was a meme for this with that guy with the drink on the table....."when ___something relevant___ I vote on Dave's polls"
