This week I put together a system for enemies to have different weapons, set up a sex animation, and finally got Unreal Engine to give me reasonable file sizes for my game build.

I wanted to try to find a way to add a little enemy variety, and to that end I added a little system so that any enemy can grab or carry a weapon.  They can be disarmed with various abilities as well.

Maybe this will make charming enemies slightly more strategic.

I put together the single Pig Goblin sex animation.

Related is a cautionary note to always back your work up!  I had an error with my animation that I didn't catch, and it ended up destroying about half my work.  Luckily I use a back up service, so I was able to download an archived version of the file, and ended up only losing a few hours of work!

Finally I managed to get Unreal to only package the levels that are included in my builds, and as such got the file sizes down.  The initial test of this had a build about half the size.  This makes it much easier for me to make them and upload them, so expect them a bit more often.

My immediate plans next are to continue making animations for the two new monsters, and then start to build environmental assets.

Not a long update, but a busy week!

As always I'd love to hear and comments, suggestions, etc!

That One Guy Who Never Pledges

Looks nice, although I'm wondering if a new public build will be released any time in the near future. The current one is pretty old.
