The main story for Meridian definitely felt rushed. Probably would have been better If they cut the B plot with Quark.

pay close attention to Tiron (the guy that was hitting on Kira) that actors name is Jeffrey Combs and you will see him play other characters. He is the most talented actor in Star Trek in my opinion for his many different roles.
