Skypiea plays too much of an important role in the story for them to skip it in the live action. If it gets the popularity it needs i can see every major arc being adapted in the live action

Yeah Skypiea is turning out to be one of the most central lore arcs in terms of lore and foreshadowing. I feel like people always feel like it can be skipped because its not "on the Grandline" so people feel like it's filler when its not only a great first arc with Robin its super central to the story as a whole.
