So last week I didn't have school and was flexing my programming muscle. I started reworking the concept of the pig platformer into an rpg as I've always thought of rpgs to be a lot more complicated to program- however, I've made some pretty good progress.

For now there isn't much to show visually, but there's a very basic battle system in.

A few things: 

-Using items/gaurding will lock the game as those haven't been programmed yet.

-Right clicking is supposed to cancel actions however I accidentally broke it but it's working in the current build (but not the build that's online now)

-Skill menu works but only does a normal attack as skills aren't programmed yet.

I'm going to try and do the impossible this semester and work on games more *somehow* but I figure if I give myself an hour a day to do something I like, I'll be a lot less miserable than I have been while doing school.
