This is an anime about surreal-comedy, where the genius little sister, transforms the big brother into a little girl. A bit like dexter's lab from CN back in the day, but more degen and anime-cliched

I'm a bit late to the party, but this is more or less the "cliche" type of anime music (albeit, slightly better than what I grew up with). Thankfully, you got to experience the best that anime has to offer before being introduced to this, cause this would turn most people off of anime out the gate lol.

Though super late to this but it falls under a style of Japanese music called Denpa song. It's the kind of music that becomes a brain worm. Normally over the top crazy music that can be out of key, off killter and just in general insanity. Massively popular in the Otaku anime scene.

yup it's been around since the 1990s the term Denpa song is basically an Umbrella for all sorts of styles of music. Tons of anime openings fall under the category.
