Shonen Jump is a weekly published manga magazine in japan. JoJo had their first appereance there in 1986 before later changing to ultra jump a different anthology that caters to a more mature audience.

In Japanese, when pronouncing a person's name, the emphasis will always be on the first syllable in order to better distinguish it from the common word it's based on (NA-ru-to is a name, na-RU-to is a fish cake that's popularly put into ramen) Once you start noticing it, it's easy to pick up. Also, in case no one pointed it out already, and since you've seen AoT, Jotaro's VA is the same as Erwin Smith's and Dio's VA is the same as Zeke/Beast Titan's.
