Since Dragonflight  launched it has been possible to boost characters from 1-70 by summoning the low-level to the Dragon Isles and grinding elite npc's with maximum level characters.

The standard way of doing this is for two 70's-a tank and a dps, boost a low-level character in two locations. The first is Nokhudon Hold in the Ohn'haran Plains. The second is the costal area in Brackenhide Hollow (immediately below the "Hollow" title on the map.

With improvements in gear throughout the expansion I found it no longer necessary to use a dps for this-a tank can do it solo with 410+ gear.

You can boost a low-level character with a tank on the same single paid account from level 50+. In practice most will want to do this at 60. To do this we use a very old exploit.

1. Take a level 60 character to dragon isles.

2. Transport the 60 character to Nokhudon Hold or Brackenhide Hollow.

3. Place your 0 character on top of a building.

4. Form a group between your high-level tank on the same account and low-level character.

5. Open two clients.

6. Log-in on the character you wish to level.

7. Log-in immediately on the same account using the second client onto your tank. Do not log-out of the first client-this will automatically disconnect when you log-in on the second.

8. Grind mobs for one minute. Your offline character will still gain experience during this time.

9. Repeat from 6.

This is the fastest known way to level a character in a continuous setting.

I am planning to release a video on this since level boosting itself is not an exploit, but I wanted to give patreons a head start in case this area becomes too heavily farmed.

Something important I will not be revealing publicly - the area below the second "O" in Brackenhide Hollow with the dense number of Vicious Hyenas is exceptionally good for grinding and should be done as priority when fully re-spawned. It is possible to get 10% of a level here in under 30 seconds.

does it need to be a tank class?

Has this changed at all with the last patch, or expected to change in 10.2.5?
