One-Shot Multiple Players In World PVP (Patreon)

This exploit can be used anywhere in-world.

It does not work in instances.

There is a broken interaction involving two items.

1. The Shadowlands Engineering Item "Momentum Redistributor Boots" https://www.wowhead.com/item=172912/momentum-redistributor-boots

This item requires level 1 Shadowlands engineering and can be purchased inexpensively from the auction house.

2. The toy item "Whelps On Strings". https://www.wowhead.com/item=197961/whelps-on-strings#comments.

Note the toy item is  useful in its own right: a unique form of slowfall which allows some directional movement.

Used together these items create broken damage that will one-shot any players.
