(FIXED) Broken Artifact Weapon Glitch-Very Fast Leveling (Patreon)

If you use wrapping paper on a Legion-era bind on equp artifact relic, and then unwrap it, after putting it into your Legion artifact weapon the ilvl increases dramatically.  You can get a level 20 with a 54 weapon. For comparison the next best possible weapon is the Bramble King staff at ilvl 44 which is itself very over-powered. This glitch allows you to solo any instanced low-level content efficiently. 

This is also an excellent weapon for twinking. If you really want to push this, try getting a partner to obtain the same glitched weapon and do Island Expeditions and pull everything with some kind of leech, the experience gained is insanely fast.
