Leveling Semi-AFK Method, Requires Set-Up (Patreon)

Summary

A method for leveling player experience is presented: a legendary pet in Nazjatar can be defeated with great speed by a specific pet battle strategy which gives a leveling player easily automatable experience.

The following method was related to me by patreon Bli, who himself credits this to the Chinese exploitation community. I am very grateful to Bli for patiently explaining this method. 

Step by step set-up instructions:

1. Go to Yarlyn Amberstill in Ironforge (63,51) at the Amberstill Ranch. Yarlyn is a dwarf women chasing a rabbit. Purchase multiple rabbit crates from here and use them, which should add them to your pet journal.

2. You need a snowshoe rabbit with speed 13. Delete rabbits with lower speeds and purchase crates until you receive a rabbit with this speed.*

3. Level up this rabbit by doing pet battles to 25.

4. Purchase a marked flawless battle stone which will upgrade the rabbit to rare quality. 

You only have to perform the above steps once, you can now use the following leveling method on any number of characters. 

Leveling instructions

1. You will need to use a lock port or refer a fried summon to transport a level 1 character to Nazjatar. You will need friends to help you with this or multiple accounts. 

2. The port should be to 37.16 , which is a cave where the legendary pet Voltgorger resides.

3. Get the leveling character to pet-battle Voltogorger and use the following abilities

Dodge

Stampede 

Stampede

4. Your rabbit will never take damage and your leveling character will gain experience. Repeat 3. 

This method is very easy to automate.

You may want to level the leveling character to 10 before transporting them to Nazjatar as pet battling player experience scales poorly at this level. 

I may publish this on youtube after the pre-patch launches. I am publishing it here on patreon first so that patreons have the opportunity to use it before heirlooms go away in patch 9.0, which will reduce the experience gains somewhat.  

Note that this is a completely "legitimate" strategy: Blizzard may nerf it but they will not take action against player accounts. Despite the fact it is gamebreaking, It is not an exploit, it is just very clever. If you automate it however, you may get banned. 

I am still testing the leveling time for this technique. However, it is blatantly obvious from my experience that this is the fastest method of pet battling. 

 *This point caused me a lot of confusion. The pet battle community, even pet battle experts, do not seem to be aware of the importance of this. There may well be other situations with pet battling where the same "cherry picking stats" method can produce very fast player experience gains, or where players can level their actual battle pets which can be very lucrative.
