Amazing Drustvar Phasing Glitch, No Mobs-Herb/Mine Ultra-Fast (Patreon)

A patreon very kindly shared the following (alliance-only?*) information with me. The patreon wishes to remain anonymous. Because this is dependent on an incursion/invasion** I am unable to test this currently myself as I am on a different continent and the incursions do not share a schedule across time zones. 

" I think I have found a glitch today, on Alliance side there is an invasion quest "Birds-eye view" it gives you a rocket pack, you go in the mountains to kill stuff, but if you use it to jump to the highest mountain that is right next to the airship you lose the rocket buff, and are phased into an empty Drustvar, no mobs, I've used it today to herb and mine like crazy."

My source further elaborated that on discovering the glitch he hearthed elsewhere to learn herbing and mining and when he returned to Drustvar everything was normal-but he was able to replicate the glitch by repeating his actions.  

He also mentioned that war mode was on-though we do not know if this makes any difference. 

I personally found attempting to gather in Drustvar was severely hampered by clusters of npc's so I imagine this would make it much faster and less aggravating.

*Blizzard often replicate quests cross-faction with only cosmetic differences but I do not know offhand whether there is any similar quest horde-side

**The official Blizzard name for these events is "incursions" but everyone but Blizzard still calls them invasions because of their similarity to Legion invasions. Because you have to use one word for official info and the other for player discussions, ie incursions for official info and bfa invasions for player discussions, I'll continue to use both terms.
