The most complicated family of any film I’ve seen, but don’t worry. Laura gives us a breakdown right away! A pretty fun family film that worked better than I would have thought! Thanks Red Dwarf for picking this one!

Just got done watching. Glad you liked it. I thought Hillary did such a good job. She is a two time Judo Olympian and married to an Olympic alternate wrestler with 2 kids. I guess she was the sister in Home Alone 1 and 2 but I don't remember her in that! I really have never rewatched it since I was a kid. Just never really got into it. Unfortunately, Adrienne Shelly who played Stephanie (the gal pregnant with twins) was murdered in 2006. She was also a writer and wrote the film Waitress, which a Broadway musical was based on. She was murdered by a 19 year old construction worker who was part of a crew working on their apartment building. He strangled her then hung her up in the bathroom to make it look like a suicide. Her husband found her :-( they had one child I believe. So sad. I guess I related to Laura's character. I HAD a great family though. But I still went through an angsty stage and had a book of quotes I wrote in also lol.

Hillary definitely did a great job. I'm kind of surprised she wasn't still acting, but she definitely has an amazing life. So sad about Adrienne :( I suspect we all had an angsty stage at one point or another. When I was in middle school I would send inspiration quotes to an e-mail list I called "word of the day" 😅
