What a phenomenal episode! There were a lot of moving parts here and every single one had me riveted. Honestly, I wish this reaction could have been at least 3 minutes longer because every moment felt essential. It's gonna be real hard waiting a whole week for the next on!

Looks like I was off on which episode had Tigh's Garden of Eden speech. That's what can happen when two episodes are aired together. There was a deleted scene of Jammer crawling out of a pile of dead bodies after the bombing, which naturally got the network censors in a tizzy so they decided it wasn't necessary enough to the story to be worth the fight...which of course led to a ton of fans complaining about the lack of explanation for how he survived.

Thank you!! That deleted scene would have really helped in that moment. I can understand not fighting them on that one, but man I actually consider it pretty important to the story ESPECIALLY accounting for how significant a role Jammer played in the webisodes setting up the season.

If you have time, I recommend watching both Exodus episodes together. I don't recall where the cutoff is, but I'm sure it will be some type of cliffhanger. I love Roslin so much. Mary McDonnell's performance is top notch, and even when Roslin does the wrong thing, it is for the right reasons, imo. Fun BTS tidbit - the silver bracelet she wears for most of the series is actually McDonnell's. When one of her sisters passed, the partner of another sister got them all matching bracelets. She has said that by wearing it throughout the series, Laura became one of her sisters.

So I watched Part one yesterday and I did accidentally watch both parts. Hopefully, Part of the amusement in watching it is me trying to work out in real time how I can do both. I really don't have time to edit both this week, but I guess I'm making time somehow 😅 They definitely need to be one video.
