These are some movies on Hulu I found that I think I'd enjoy.

Poll Rules: Select as many as you'd like, poll ends Thursday morning at 7pm EST. If needed there will be a 12 hour tie breaker posted at that time. (I'm planning to watch it on Friday.)

Happy voting!

Elysium (2013) - Some kind of futuristic sci-fi with Matt damon? If it hadn't been R I'm sure I would have seen it already. I'm pretty sure Elysium is meant to be a type of heaven so I have no idea wby Matt Damon is armed.

The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) - I was talking to my sister about an interview I saw for Asteroid City with the director and Scarlet Johansen that mad e the film sound interesting (and kind of pretentious lol) enough that I was considering reacting to it. She suggested I watch some Wes Anderson, and this happens to be on Hulu.

The Shape of Water (2017) - This movie caught my attention when I was researching something else a while back, although I have no idea what. Basically I'm saying I don't know anything out it except that one time a few months ago I thought it would be interesting for a reason I no longer remember.

Alita: Battle Angel (2019) — I remember wanting to see this when it came out, but it must have come out during a busy season and I just didn't make it. I'm pretty sure this film intentionally lives in the uncanny valley.

Escape Room (2019) — Escape rooms are fun, but probably not this one? Same as Alita, in early 2019 I was still in the first year of a new job so didn't see many movies. In later 2019 I got AMC A-List and saw all the (non R) films.

I always feel Coke or Pepsi missed a big marketing opportunity with Alita: Battle Angel. "Bring in your movie ticket proof of purchase, and get Alita of Cola!"

I was going to add a vote for "Shape Of Water" on top of "Grand Budapest".....but they're so close, I don't want to force a tie! So I'll go "Grand Budapest"! (Don't know the others).

I don't mind a tie, and I just want to watch them all 🤣 With most of the ones on this poll all we're determining is which one I'll watch now vs 6 months from now.

Hokey doke! Added a vote for "Shape Of Water" in that case. (Sorry I don't know the others!)
