Also so far as we know Zamasu is the first evil Kai in "our timeline". Kai's are born of divine tree's from special golden fruits that imbues them with their abilties, power & status. They're born from nature so they are innately not supposed to be evil. If i sort of try to explain any further it may be considered spoilers, so i'll stay away from explaining but just a fun Dragon Ball lore fact.

So, I only know of the Hakai thanks to modded Xenoverse and modded Budokai Tenkaichi 4, seeing it here makes me realize how justifiably broken that move is.
