Those will recall Athlone 2nd half most goals winning for us in their last game which the 2nd half have seen 4 2nd half goals & game finished 5-2 (7 goals), 7 of their last 8 games all seen over 2.5 goals, & 6 out of Treaty’s last 9 games over 2.5 goals has landed, both teams struggling defensively, Athlone average 3.47 goals out of their 17 games played this season while treaty average 2.64, a combined averages of just over 3, over market being well supported in the exchange main concern would be the last 3 h2h’s have been under 2.5 goals between these sides however 3 of the last 4 seen both teams scoring 1-1, 2-0, 1-1, 1-4.

Without diving too much into reasoning Smith & Wade are rightly favoured for this doubles game, although we’re rooting for wales outright who won their doubles game comfortably yesterday averaging 99.17, although Gawlas & Sedlacek for Czech Republic aren’t the worst doubles team regarding quality in this tournament, however Checkout percentages from smith & Wade combined are much better not only in the past year but in their careers, on paper England look the most likely taking out the highest out in this doubles format.

Won 2 group 1 races at Deauville in august & Newmarket in September, and won here at ascot last year in a group 2, 2 of these 3 races finished ahead of ‘Go bears Go’ a horse who’s involved this field today, beat him by a head at last years, the extended trip to 1 mile didn’t suit perfect power last time out at Newmarket & back to 6 furlongs expect to be thereabouts, competitive field however would be surprised if doesn’t finish amongst the top 3 hence why I’ve went with this specific bet, personal preference on angle.

She holds a few of these on recent results when beating Cachet and Prosperous voyage quite easily in last years Fillies mile and I don’t see that form being over turned. Mangoustine beat Cachet last time out but he has only ever won on going softer than good and I think todays quick ground won’t suit. After missing the guineas the plan was always for Inspiral to run in this race so she should be ready for todays task and trainer is in hot form.

He had an easy win in Chester on his penultimate run and then followed that up with a valiant effort in the Derby before tiring out but that was against a very good field. The selection easily beat Savy victory in Chester by 13 Lengths Savy Victory then went on to come within two lenghts of Ottoman style next time out so the form is there in black and white. The selection is still only 3 years of age and has plenty of scope for improvement, I think Ottomans style will need to improve a large amount to get his head in front and his lack of experience would worry me.
