Story Chars affected by the Futa-Meter? (Patreon)

I was wondering how many story characters should be affected by the Futa-Meter. There are characters where it makes sense, like the Matriarch. If you have selected a high futameter score, something like 68, she could have a cock. That's possible because she is clothed most of the time, and she is a "romance" option that will be available later in the game. It would still mean that i'd have to render every naked scene with her twice, but i think in her case it is worth it.

I think some characters, like Vivienne for example, make less sense. But that is just personal preference, I guess, because I like my futa characters to be a bit bigger and muscular. Maybe you think Vivienne makes perfect sense, and maybe you are right...

So I thought I would just ask you guys if you already have a preference. Which of the story characters that you've encountered so far do you think should be affected by the futameter (meaning available for both options - pussy and cock)?
