The following week Arian continued to work out like a madman. As the days passed, what had started as a huge feat soon become a little easier, he could lift a tiny bit more, and he could eat more. He was making tremendous little gains in size and strength on a daily basis. Arian would measure and weigh himself on a weekly basis to allow time for him to see any results. In the first week after his birthday, whilst he still had  3 months or so left of summer holidays before he went back to college he had put on a pound of muscle and notched up to 6"1.

He was determined to get bigger and stronger. He would often work out for a whole day, only leaving his home gym, to eat, wash and use the bathroom. He would never miss a meal. Slowly but surely he found himself getting more and more hungry, therefore wanting more and more food What would be a small meal now turned into a large meal with pudding on top.
