During the next few weeks all Arian did was work out. He ignored all contact from the outside world and focused solely on working out. Each week he would continuously record his height against his height chart and record his weight.


He could now bench 100lbs for 6 reps! A new personal best.  Smashing his record of 80Ibs for 6 reps. He would work out all his muscles. He did 2 sets of tricep extensions and three sets of bicep curls for 12 reps each with 20 pound dumbbells. He did two sets of shoulder fly's which added a spectacular pump to his growing torso.  He would do numerous push ups and sits up throughout his workout as well as long stints on the treadmill for his cardio. He felt stronger. His wish must have been coming true,  he had never had this much energy or strength. He beamed as he thought about this. The home gym was fitted while large wall mirrors that reached from the floor to the ceiling. Arian would pose after each workout, expecting his growing muscles as well flirting with his reflection.
