One good deed does in turn deserve another. Unwilling to come to violence against the former squire of one of his respected rivals, Arkant decides to trade information and anal sex with the young lion in lieu of any violence. Though an accomplished archer, Cassius proved to be a respectable swordsman as well. Arkant was impressed by his sword stroke, thrust, and of course battle endurance; but the former Dragon Blade had been a swordsman for quite some time and knew when it was time to go on the offensive.

With a masterful sword stroke of his own he delivered quite the pummeling to the young Cassie; though I doubt the young lion disapproved. When all was said in done the two parted amicably with a little more wobble in their step, but a lot more respect for one another. Cassie learned of the magical chicanery going on in the Disputed Lands, as well as gained a valuable informant within the near lawless area. Arkant gained a modicum of trust with those he once swore to destroy, aiding in his self imposed march toward redemption. Hopefully this cooperation will bear fruit in the future.
