Hey everyone!  Just a little note to say that I am still in a holding pattern waiting for the channel to calm down before I upload new content.  The noise in the comments is insane and the channel is at the moment unmanageable.  I am hopeful that the din will subside over the weekend and maybe we can get back to the usual content.  

On the upside, we got a bunch of new subscribers - and currently the channel is at about 210K subs.  On the downside, the channel picked up a LOT of trolls.   Oh well.... 

I have been working on a pretty cool project, trying to get it together these past days.  More on that soon....

I'm thinking the best way to "calm things down" may be to keep adding new content to take those episodes off the top of the stack. And, hopefully, to introduce new folks (who may have come for trolling) to your more traditional themes.

It does not work that way. The viral video stays orders of magnitude above everything else regardless - hence the waiting.

What din? What trolls? Because of the UFO posts? I LOVED your UFO posts! Sane. Reasoned. Curious. Fran, I think the UFO doubters will eventually be chagrinned. I think that the UFO skeptics are heading toward “flat earth territory”.

I also loved the UFO videos. They were excellent. They were objective and interesting. I found the multiple dimension discussion really neat; I had never heard or thought of that as a possible reason for inexplicable apparent impossible acceleration. Maybe the trolls will leave when they realize that the feast is over. Cheers Mark

The YouTube curse, I'm afraid, the bigger the channel, the bigger the Trolls, perhaps you could take a leaf from another channel I subscribe to. When you get a Troll, pray for them, to the deity of your choice and ban them,

Hi Fran. Congrats on the channel boost. As far as trolls go, YouTube's algorithms value "engagement", right? Maybe it might be best to just shrug and look at it as "troll views/money is just as good as anyone else's".

I loved your latest videos, i knew nothing about any of this and your take on the stuff really got me thinking… i was up all night nearly reading about things and learning new stuff. Completely fascinating! If i came to different conclusions it doesn’t matter… nobody knows the truth, we’re all learning, and discussing as we go. Its just a shame theres so many lunatics out there who want to spoil our fun!

Looks like a little controversy helped with the marketing. You picked up 51 additional Patreons since the exact date the first UFO video hit public YouTube availability. It was clearly correlated with that.
