BAD dun BA DUN! Here we go with Goldeneye! We really did have a lot of fun with this one, he is SO Bond to me, probably how I would picture James Bond if someone described him to me. I think my expectations might have been a little too high for it knowing how much you all love it? Still, we were highly entertained and it is fun to see the Bond traditions continue!

Natalya is my favorite Bond girl hands down.

the airplane stunt was real a real! The guy did jump from a bike off a cliff and get into the plane the stuntman Wayne Michaels. He did that jump and successfully entered the plane!

Love this for 1) my favorite Bond car (that I can afford) the fantastic BMW Z3 (mine is Hellrot Red with black leather interior) 2) the magnificent Arecibo Radio telescope used as a location, I finally got to see it in '16 and it was a sight, unfortunately gone now, but lives forever in the Bond world.

He's my favorite bond and I think his 4 movies were the best 4 in the series when it comes to balancing good storytelling with action and special effects.

So far Pierce is my favorite Bond. I grew up watching him in Remington Steele and even back then I thought he'd make a great Bond. Now.. I'd love to see Damien Lewis play Bond although I think he might be getting to old for the part. Ever since Band of Brothers I thought he'd make a good Bond.

I know both like to pick out actors from other films. The lady in this that is evil.. Onatopp, she plays Lenore the mom in the Taken series. And was in a couple Xmen films. And yes the horrible singer was Minni Driver from Return to Me. But she really is a singer and sings beautifully. I can't help but think how fun but difficult it must have been to purposely sing off key in the scene in this movie.

I usually have a love/hate relationship with Bond movies, at least speaking from the first Bond film up to this one. That is to say, I like them because I enjoy the action, the cool gadgets, and Bond's badassary and charm, but I always feel like I have to deal with the things I don't like as a price. Mostly the things I don't like are the sexism and the way women are objectified. I know, the times they came out, and I'm the first one to get annoyed at someone who watches older movies, knowing they're older, and complains about that aspect. Still, the Bond movies push my snark button a little too much. But this is the first Bond movie I actually just plain like, without the bad taste the others leave behind, in part because the sexism isn't as bad in this one. Also, I really like Brosnan as Bond. His Bond is the first one I had a crush on. Two other things I really love about this film that the others before it didn't have. First, I love Natalia. They didn't just have her serve as a "bimbo" there to fulfill some male fantasy quota. They made her both active and smart, and she managed to be both beautiful and strong, without making her a Mary Sue. She's great. Second, I really like what they did with Onatopp. Yes, I know, she's evil, but they made her scarier than other women in the films, and she could kick serious ass. She doesn't hold up well now, with what movies do with evil women these days, but I'm looking at this with my 90's goggles on, and holding her up against the other Bond films as the standard. She was cool. Great reaction, ladies. Really glad you liked this one.

Brosnan was an excellent Bond and Tomorrow Never Dies was his best Bond film. Great opening sequence, Teri Hatcher, Michelle Yeoh, Gerard Butler, and some really memorable fight scenes.

Music started playing at the 1:38 mark. We had to turn off the reaction. Can you repost it minus your theme music? Thanks in advance.

FYI The video in the download link still has the music (as of the date of this post).

This is the first Bond movie I saw in the theater. It was great. This is another great reaction from Popcorn in Bed.
