What's happenin' everyone.

Oh man... I feel like such a slacker!!! And here's why... (see video).

I do have a fourth weekly video for you this month, but I did not add a voiceover because... (see  commentary above and watch video).

This yoga session is short and sweet though, with good music :) and it includes an excellent core routine using a block between your feet first, then using the block in a couple of different ways.

The core routine a progression from Week Three when we used the block between your foot and the wall. Remember how much fun that was? I know. Me too. Well, this core routine is in middle of the room but the block continues to help us powerfully extend the leg and activate all of those deep core psoas muscles.

I'm starting this video out with a restorative relaxation pose and I'll tell you more about how it paves the way for real Power in this Intro / Patreon Gratitude video :)

I do have a lot in the works for September... like self massage techniques and developing a yoga physique... plus you know there are still two more days of August, so let's see if I can make some magic happen for ya before the month ends. I'm betting that I can!
