Wooo!!! This was a fun video to make and I'm looking forward to doing more of of these lifestyle vlog videos. It definitely takes another level of creativity and I am excited to work on making my videos more cinematic, stylish, and helpful.

My plan for September is to share more about SELF CARE massage techniques to address issues like sciatic pain, shoulder pain, and my favorite... RELAXation.

I am ALSO going to be sharing more Yoga videos :)
