This video includes a restorative shoulder and chest stretch.
It's a delicious position using a yoga block under the mid-upper back, that I highly recommend.
For an advancement, you can move into full wheel pose.
I also recommend the shoulder and hip stretch called Gomukasana (it's classic) :) Stack your knees, stack your elbows, and squeeze the muscles to keep your joints healthy and happy.
